The fitness center provides a variety of services and amenities to its members. While the equipment may be somewhat antiquated, it remains functional and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the facility could benefit from renovations to improve its overall appearance and functionality.

Update: It has now been over three months since I joined this gym, and I must express my concern regarding the level of cleanliness. As a service technician who visits multiple gyms each week, I can confidently state that this gym falls short in terms of hygiene. Upon entering, one is immediately confronted with a sign that reads, "SERVICE PROMISE: CLEAN, FRIENDLY, WELL-MAINTAINED." Unfortunately, this claim is far from accurate. Despite my requests for deep cleaning in certain areas, my concerns have been disregarded. This is particularly concerning considering the gym's closing time of 10 p.m., which should provide ample opportunity for thorough cleaning. Regrettably, even 24-hour gyms surpass this facility in terms of cleanliness. The current practice of merely spraying fragrance in response to complaints is insufficient and does not constitute proper cleaning. The sauna, in particular, is in dire need of attention, as evident in the photographs I will provide. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address these cleanliness issues.

Another follow up to my June review. Still a one star gym. This time I have photos to share. There are 7 bathroom stalls in the women's bathroom, today 4 of them are broken. This location is sorely lacking in corporate support or funds to upgrade anything. Most members are waiting for it to close. No one will be surprised when it does. They only have 1 spin class and 1 weight lifting class per week, and I think a couple Zumba classes. Rumor has it that they will be cancelling the spin and weight lifting classes soon due to lack of attendance. I can tell you why there is a lack of attendance - because this gym is a run down disaster. The janitor Christian does his best to keep it vacuumed, but you can't expect vacuuming to clean up a gym that has been neglected and run down for years. I would never recommend joining this gym, nor will I ever ask a friend to join me for a workout.

This is a follow up to my review below. Nothing has changed at this gym. I would never add a family member or recommend this gym to anyone. I did exactly what they asked me to do below, which was reach out to corporate so they could address my concerns directly. Crickets! I have never heard from anyone at 24 Hour Fitness. Not locally, not corporately. From my year's experience at this gym, there has never been a Manager that lasts longer than 6 months. Clearly this gym has no corporate support.
As usual, today there were balls of hair in the Group X room and the women's bathroom; and the women's bathroom has a smell that is typical of dirty bathrooms. This is the same story every day at this gym. The only reason I am at this location is because there isn't a closer 24 Hour to my home, and the Riverside location - my next closest 24 - offers no classes during the day except for Zumba. In fact, most of the classes in Riverside and Corona have been cancelled.
24 Hour Corona is a neglected and ignored step child of the fitness chain.
Bottom line is, don't join this gym. It is old and run down. It needs a deep cleaning, and I mean DEEP.

My previous review:
I have been going to this gym for 6 months now. Unfortunately. Unfortunately because it's the closest gym to my "new" house. I have been a member of 24 for over 20 years. This is by far the dirtiest and most run down 24 that I have ever been in. The manager seems like she cares, but I think she has absolutely no upper management support. I believe that the 24 Regional Manager works out here. He or she should be fired! I can't believe they think this gym is a good reflection on their management skills.
I absolutely would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in this area.
In the 6 months I have been going here a few mornings a week, I have only seen a "cleaning person" one time. I don't think they actually have anyone who cleans this gym on any regular basis.

We joined 24 hour fitness in Corona 8/25 because both my husband and I are disabled and we need use of the swimming pool especially. We asked for a tour before so we could see the layout of the handicap facilities including the restrooms. I am in a wheelchair with limited mobility and the handicap facilities are very important to me. When the girl showed me the handicap shower there was no out of order sign around the nozzle or she was standing in the way so I couldn't see it because she knew that was the main reason of joining to make sure all handicap facilities was in working condition. So we went on our first day 8/26. The women's restroom and shower were both out of order. We confronted the staff and they had told us someone dropped the keys down the toilet and maintenance was supposed to fix it. Then they claimed they knew nothing about the woman shower though there was an out of order sign on it which I didn't see the first day and I think the sales person was hiding it. We then go to the pool area and noticed the chair. The first day there my husband helped me in holding the hand rail as he helped me out I was having issues on the last step because it was steep. I was on the verge of having an anxiety attack. On our second day back 8/27 everything was still broken even the handicap bathroom which they said would be fixed that day. This time we went in the pool and we were going to use the handicap pool chair and couldn't figure it out. So my husband went to ask someone and we were informed it's been broken for awhile. Also some of there other showers were broken and I noticed no life ring in the pool area. Also we were informed the first day the spa was closed for cleaning though the sign was still on it the second day as well. All the staff were just standing around talking, one girl never smiled like she didn't want to be there. We will be reporting to ADA. I totally understand the difference of Active, Sport, and Super Sport but handicap facilities should still be operating. Just close this one down

Cool local gym. I got year pass for 179.99 + 2 guest passes. I can bring up to 2 people at a time, every time i show up. Your guest list can be never ending. You can take 2 buddies one week and 2 other buddies the following week. It does not have to be the same people. So you can switch it up. The gym offers a locker room, showers, restrooms, a pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The sauna is the best for mental clarity and to relieve muscle tension after a long, gruelying workout. The steam room is designed for you to clear your lungs and expell the muscus build-up. So if you are coming down from a cold. The steam room is very beneficial for the congestive system. There's a photo of my buddy joseph, whom i took with me the other day registering to my buddy system. To the right-hand side are tables where you can sign up. Don't let them sucker you into more expensive deal. My buddy got this offer and when i went with him, they told me they couldn't do it and tried charging me more. I said "well okay then, sorry we can't do business because i want that exact same deal" and sure enough, the sales rep spoke to the manager and gave me the deal. Use my name, Anthony Torres for price reference $179.99 a year + 2 buddies. Remember to clean the machines before and after use. Lots of germs. And never i repeat never go into locker room, steam room, or sauna barefoot. That is asking for a fungal infection. Enjoy your work out! I’m a new member first day and what I saw here made me concerned about the cleanliness. The pool had about 30 different gums attached to the handicap chair! Disgusting! Dead roaches ? in shower in the woman’s locker room. Very disappointed. I didn’t see anyone cleaning these areas. Also the pool & jacuzzi was so dirty.

I had an unfortunate experience at this location. When I visited to inquire about a membership, the staff member at the front desk seemed rushed and unhelpful. It would be great if they could improve their customer service and take the time to assist potential members. I hope my next visit will be more positive.

This 24 Hour Fitness’s staff is nice, but shower room isn’t always clean. I go to here 3 or 4 times a week because the Zumba class. Karen, the Zumba teacher, is excellent and professional. Many people follow her. We like her.
