Für Orlando typischer Hotelkomplex. Wir hatten zu dritt für 2 Nächte ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten. Wenn man sich wie wir nur zum Schlafen dort aufhalten wird und ansonsten in einem der Parks/ Outlets unterwegs ist, völlig ausreichend bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Praktisch gelegen für Besuche in den Disney Parks. Zimmer groß und sauber. Pool passt. Kaffee in der Lobby gratis. Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Extra Gebühren fürs Parken

It’s a very great location to be in walking distance from stores and restaurants. The place is immaculate. They have hand sanitizer from one corner to the next. The store is beautiful. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Definitely recommended. Christian was in the lobby and he was really nice. I want to pay for my items and he offered me to keep them. Thank you very much very classy teeth showed me around all care for the hotel and offer me towels. Super nice thank you.

This establishment met our needs but did lack some essentials.

It had a great location, the staff was amazing, and we had plenty of room.

Christian, the night person on the desk, really made our stay more enjoyable. He was always willing to go the extra mile.

The room really did not feel clean and had a bit of an odor. One of the two elevators was broken the entire time we were there. We also heard from another guest, that the broken elevator was not a new issue. He had been staying there for 2 weeks and the elevator had been broken his entire stay. You can imagine how the line built up at times trying to get to your room.

It really is the cleanliness issue that would keep me from returning.

We have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times over the past few years! It has always been very clean and you received a good amount of space for the price! Check in process could be quicker in addition to the front desk staff could be more helpful, otherwise no complaints

Great experience. Had a wedding nearby by and needed a nice but affordable place to stay for the weekend. We can not say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Christian , who works the desk at night was so accommodating and friendly, made our stay extra nice. Lobby food prices were very reasonable.

Don’t stay here. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!
I wish I were leaving a better review because the night attendant at the front desk was very nice so I had high hopes for the place despite the reviews. I stayed here with my three kids because we had to be in this area.

The guy was sweet to give me complementary water and free chocolate milk for them. I was pleased. The Room seemed great for the 4 of us but I was unprepared for the experience the morning after!! We woke up at 8:30AM to roaches all over our bathroom sink toilet. Whats even worse, is that I have no idea what was crawling around me and my three kids in the middle of the night.

I was so disgusted & afraid to put my stroller and bags in the car. I had to quadruple check our bags, stroller, and diaper bag to make sure no roaches were going to infest my car. just terrible! I also told the lady at the front when I was checking out and all she did was pause and look at me and say “sorry about that”. She didn’t even offer a damn refund for their roach infested room. NEVER AGAIN.

Great option to still be close to WDW property.
Many, Many pluses, like close to WDW.
Huge Rooms, Accessible Rooms are perfect and laid out well and so are regular rooms.
Has a good Kitchen area, Full cook top and Microwave and a real fridge.
Beds and pillows are comfy.
Nice parking garage, walkway and, most parking is covered.
But also a few dings away from perfect. The pool is only OK.
They do offer Transport to the parks, but they don't offer ECV transport.
And lastly, they aren't a Good Neighbor Hotel. So No Early entry to parks.
But Overall a 4 out of 5 Resort.
