We stopped here to grab a few snacks before heading to the airport. It was in a much nicer area than where our hotel was though just a few blocks away. The parking was busy but the shop itself was very nice and we enjoyed the selection. Prices weren’t too bad either. Wish we had Publix back where we live!

La verdad..no me siento a gusto con las trabajadoras ni del deli ni del bakery..no saludan y te atienden como si fuera un favor..también rellenan los estantes muy tarde..comparado con los otros publix de la cadena para mi opinión este esta en el peor lugar

Walked in early morning was greeted well by all workers. I’ve never experienced that, really started my day off great with such positive energy. I’ve order 36 cupcakes, I paid return they offer me 36 but by 6 not what I order. I order 3 dozen of 12. She tell me that how they come. Ok cool not what I order I’ll get a refund. The deli manager (Michelle) heard us talking came over for assistance. Then the bakery manager (Christina) appeared out the back. Man I was in heaven. This is why shopping is a pleasure. Between the two managers I left out the store all smiles. Thanks ladies. You’re the reason shopping is always a pleasure. Love the teamwork to u went above and beyond to make my online order correct and complete. 😘😘

I’ve been coming to this Publix for many years and it’s always been excellent, I have their subs in a weekly basis pretty much and they’re always delicious but today a guy named Omar prepared my sub and he literally made the best subway I ever had, on top of that he also offered the best costumer service ever and made me laugh. Hopefully he’s the one that makes my subs from now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in today on a busy morning which can sometimes be stressful but I was helped at the deli by Marta who Made the experience very enjoyable. I been to many Publix’s before and I never seen anyone put in much joy and care about the customer experience the way Marta did. I also wanted to thank the manager working today who I saw was communicating with all the workers to ensure that mobile orders were completed while also helping us making orders in person. Overall I really liked the deli experience at this Publix 10/10

The cleanliness & organization of their store makes up for the parking. I always find the produce & bakery at such perfection. The lady in produce on Saturday was extremely helpful. Totally forgot her name but she went out of her way to help me & my elderly mom. Jorge in Produce always helpful & friendly. Legit stopped what he was doing one busy weekend to get me a shopping cart when he saw me struggling with my basket. All the employees I’ve come across from the pharmacy to the bakery have been stellar. I truly enjoy my local Publix in East Hialeah. They get the job done & make shopping a Pleasure 🙂
