Can’t say enough about how fantastic the manager Kendall is here. We were displaced from our home due to the hurricane and have a 3 year old daughter, Kendall went out of her way to give us a room that was close to an exit and on bottom floor and was so incredibly nice about it! During the toughest of times it is incredibly refreshing to have people go out of their way to accommodate you! Can’t express how refreshing it is to have people like this around in this world still! Highly recommend her and the staff here!

Clean, recently updated. Friendly staff. Usual Hampton furniture and bedding. Water pressure in shower was weak on 4th floor. Pretty good spot if staying on the beach is too pricey

Check in staff was amazing and friendly. Very nice hotel and location. There was a nice selection of breakfast. My issue is when we went to shower there were stains on the rags and towels . Also, there were stains on our pillow cases and sheets/comforters. House keeping needs to do better at making sure these rooms have fresh, clean bedding covers and rags/towles.

This has truly been the best hotel experience I can ever remember having. The staff at this hotel are the kindest, most courteous people I've ever seen at any hotel. I had to come to town very suddenly and didn't have a reservation at any hotel, came here and was met with such kindness, helpfulness, and amazing hospitality. I appreciate every one of the staff members so much. The rooms were super clean and very nice! Even the Continental breakfast was great! Also forgot to mention that the AC wasn't coming out very well in the room. Within 10 minutes, they had put an entirely brand new unit in the room. And it worked great!!

Best service ever!! I had to show appreciation for all the staff from front desk to housekeeping.. all earned my respect, trust and appreciation!!! I went as far as ordering the entire staff pizza on my check out day!! Wish they would be at every hotel I stay at while traveling for work!!❤️❤️❤️ much love and respect to everyone at this location! Definitely the best hospitality service I’ve ever experienced!! I will always remember this place!!!!

I stayed to be in close proximity to a friends home. Bonus was free parking as the beach and down locations all charge to park a car. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Location was safe for late night returns.||The bathroom could use a slight upgrade, but all in all a good stay.||There was a lot of noise when other people were in the hallway. I could see light from around the door side and bottom. Perhaps weather stripping the doors would cut back on noise.||I would stay here again.

The location is safe and is easy to get to.

The hotel staff is what makes this the perfect place to stay. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was courteous, attentive and professional. Since I am new to the area I leaned a lot on the front desk staff to point me in the right direction for dining and entertainment.

Hotel rooms over several stays were 5 Stars, clean and nice!
