I would say it is the best pizza store in the niagara region. They have their authentic taste that you couldn’t find anywhere else. They put the generous amount of toppings. And the amazing customer service.

Ordered a party tray pizza and 40 medium wings for delivery through their website. It was delivered on time and was still hot and fresh. Pizza was superb; cooked well, excellent taste! My kids loved it. I asked for the wings to be extra saucy and they absolutely were! Highly recommend this place and will be ordering from them again in the future.

I tried it for the very first time in Vincent's Pizzeria with my friends. I would say it is the perfect place for the authentic pizza lover. It has the most delicious foods in Niagara region. It has been my new favorite place. Prices are really affordable. $17 for a cheese party tray, I bet you wouldn't find anywhere else. Nowadays I even buy it on Uber where they have 'Buy one Get one deal' as well.

First time visiting this place today! Was soo good! The pizza was really yummy!! The staff was really friendly and gave us a cup of ice cream to sample, they were absolutely incredible, definitely recommend!

Ordered through uber but now I see after reading reviews you can order online which I will definitely be doing next time. Uber took forever after an hour I was about to start calling uber or Vincent’s to see if they even got my order. I checked again and it said it was getting pick up took another 30 minutes (I don’t know why) to get to me. I’m assuming there was a shortage on uber drivers. Nothing to do with Vincent’s. I’m thinking the whole time this pizza and 20 wings is going to be cold and my 2 and 5 year olds were waiting so patiently. To my surprise it was still so hot but my god most importantly it was delicious!!! The most perfectly cooked tray of cheese pizza not so doughy perfect amount of sauce and the wings were fantastic! Only negative was there was no celery, carrots or blue cheese that came with it I notice on the website it says it comes with it but I guess with uber it’s not included. Other than that I already can’t wait to order again! Thank you Vincent’s

The pizza is delicious but the customer service is terrible! I ordered two cheese pizzas via Uber Eats and got two pepperoni. Uber has refunded me partially, so I called the restaurant to get my correct order. To my surprise they didn’t offer to send the correct items nor apologized, saying I should resolve this with Uber. They told me I had to pay again if I wanted my original order (including the taxes, delivery fee and tip that were not refunded). Extremely disappointing.

We used to order all the time and absolutely loved the pizza. Since there has clearly been a change with ownership there is definitely a down grade in their food. Pizza has no flavour sometimes it’s never properly cooked , toppings used to be filled covered on the pizza now you are lucky to get coverage over the pizza it’s like you are counting how many toppings of each go on the pizza.chicken wings are too cooked and not covered in sauce properly and also do not taste like what they used to. Toppings for the pizza as well do not taste as fresh as they used to. Really disappointed because we ordered all the time from here, we will no longer be doing that.

Pizza was average didn't have much toppings think they are counting how many pepperonis they put on each pizza..lol also place is dirty with the guy standing with a mop stick while you're ordering your pizza
