While I was only in town for one night, the room was very nice, clean and spacious. Truly felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Enjoyed being able to have a somewhat normal meal, have a table to sit and eat at. Also plenty of space to work, watch TV. Not having to just sit on the bed the whole time was nice. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. Good options and plenty of food. Lobby area was also clean and spacious. Able to sit and work while eating breakfast prior to heading out for the day. All of this for a very reasonable price. I will keep this location in mind when in town for work next time.

Upon entering the hotel the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My information was apparently stored with reversing my first and last name, so it took some time to find my reservation. The lobby was freshly cleaned, the lounge area was bright and inviting, and the gym was very nicely equipped. The rooms were very accommodating for the four of us and there was plenty of space for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rest really did us good. It was a great visit and would definitely stay here again.

So, The Staybridge Suites is by far the best hotel’s in the surrounding region, I’m a local resident & I’ve stayed in almost every hotel in western new york and for the past couple months I have stay at the Staybridge on and off due to a troubled home life and If your a family on vacation, a couple, or someone here for business, this place hits all the categories for being safe, comfortable, quiet, and it’s located in a perfect area where you can get to any of the top destinations within 20 mins. Plus the breakfast & dinner is so good. If you are a local and your looking for somewhere safe this is the hotel to stay at!

This location and staff are top notch. Have now stayed here twice and both experiences were wonderful. Rooms are clean and the hotel is overall very quiet. There were no issues with check in and check out, which are two of my biggest flags with Hotels. Kudos to the Management and teams who work at this location! I will be back next month, as my reservation is already made for a local town event.

Close to the place I flew into work for. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Only thing is I had the room at the top in the corner. Long treck to get out of the hotel. the social meals were not that great. I know they are just starting but not much thought into it. The Breakfasts on the other hand were very good.

We booked multiple rooms, one 2 bedroom suite and one 1 bedroom suite.

Positives:
1. Room size was ok, clean and as per the description online.
2. Breakfast was a bit diff everyday and we liked every time. It was great.
3. Social time (dinner) in the evening was great.
4. 2 Bedroom suite had 3 TVs and 1 bedroom on had 2 TVs, basically one TV in each room which was really great for privacy.
5. Check-in was great. Some of my extended family members reached earlier but were able to check in although it was booked under me. The receptionist took my details and matched with what I booked and let them in. This was great.

Negatives:
1. 2 bedroom suite had immediate issues which should have been checked while inspection before guest comes in like plumbing and lighting issues. One of the bathroom had plumbing issues which took almost 2 days to resolve. 1st night, we were given an extra room by the receptionist because of the plumbing issue which was generous but that was it (good service ended right there). Day 1 receptionist was really nice and helpful and I can give full marks to only him. Next day when issue was not resolved, they did not even let us know that we cannot access the extra room and when we went to take bath, we realized access was revoked without informing. They did try to fix this plumbing issue but could not on Day 2. We let the receptionist know that we are out for whole day so they can fix it whenever possible. We came back and without checking we asked the receptionist (late in the night when we returned) if the issue was fixed, she said it was not due to unavailability of plumber. We checked the next morning and realized it was actually fixed at night itself which tells me the staff does not even care or have any coordination for the tasks on hand. On another occasion we requested room service, they only did a touch up citing unavailability of staff.
2. 1 bedroom had broken table (I believe we did not report this as we were not using that much).
3. Location is a bit outskirt. Staybridge Amherst location is better but it was giving 2 double beds instead of queen in one of the bedroom in the 2 bedroom suite hence we had to chose this one.

Overall the stay was good if I remove the service and plumbing issues. We had a great time otherwise, met/stayed with our extended family after a long time.

Almost every hotel has something to gripe about. The doors don't close right, there's an odd musty smell, or the food is not great. Not this one. For the price, we think we got incredible value. Our room felt more like a small apartment than it did a hotel room. Two rooms, a full bathroom, and a working kitchen. Crazy. The two gentlemen who greeted us at the front desk were funny, the hotel had a social hour with free appetizers and wine (pretty decent wine, at that). Breakfast had the largest spread of food and quality I've had at a hotel of this tier ever. Happy to be a member of this is how this chain does business; will be staying at more.
