Had a good night. First time in a long while that the machines were paying more then the ATM. They machines were actually paying. I played for hours on bringing in $50. I truly felt for the first time what the casino was supposed to be a fun winning experience and not leaving feeling sad and broke. My $50 bucks lasted and had a good time playing and drinks. Give them another try. Also ladies it felt safer then the other ones. Safe and cozy. Nobody watching your machine. Give them another try

The most frustrating thing about this hotel wasn’t the fact that the water shut off during my 8 am shower or that evening when the water was overwhelmingly salty, nor was it the salty response I got from the front desk when requesting some assistance getting Tylenol and a mask delivered to my room so I could avoid the poisonous hallways. It was the fact that I was there with a group for a week long special event and had endure the worst migraine of my life for 5 of those days because the fragrance they pipe into the building to cover up the smoke smell more toxic than the smoke itself. Very disappointing experience for an event I was really excited for

I don't know about their rooms or the service in the rooms. The only knowledge I have of the place is the casino and it's hit or miss. We never know what to expect because sometimes it's really ringing up a storm in there tons of people winning all around that casino. Then, other times, there's people back to back, but nobody is winning. If you ask me, that's a little suspicious! Not trying to sound paranoid, but I would swear someone is controlling those slot machines on certain occasions. We win sometimes and lose lots more times.
You can get free bottles of water if you want to go to the bar, or you can ask a waitress to bring you a free bottle if you feel like giving a tip for free water lol. That's if you come across a waitress 🤪 I don't hate this place, but I will say I've left there with a bad taste in my mouth more times than not. We do continue to patronize this casino because it beats River Spirit any day.
I guess what I'm saying is, if you're gonna go try Osage, just expect to lose. At least you won't be disappointed, and you never know, you just might win 🤑

Decent size casino, rooms a little dusty could’ve been cleaner. Location was good. Was surprised to see the hot tub open in December. Nice outside area with fire pit.

Found a bed bug in our room... was moved but told they couldn't do anything else for us because we were there as a part of a large group. If these come back with us, I'm going to have major problems.

Need to bring the beverage stations back. Don't understand why all the other casinos brought theirs back buy not Osage. Get em back. Who wants warm water. Yuck!

It's a nice place to go. Try your luck want to sit some different. To Osage casinos a no longer give you free sodas. Hard rock and Creek still provide free drinks. And I want to compare all the big ones in Tulsa area. That's the difference, I see.
Its a safe and well maintained casino.

The Staff was very rude. We didn’t get to the hotel early as we had a long drive. We were told we’d have pillows sent up so we stayed up waiting for an hour no pillows. We finally went to sleep and the next morning we asked for pillows again and the lady on at the front desk was very rude and when pillows were brought up to the room an hour later the lady that brought up the pillows she didn’t say anything she just laughed at me and walked away. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and smoke. The outside there was lots of trash and a bunch of random people walking around the hotel parking lot. The cars didn’t feel very safe. Terrible service
