Love this place!!! So much fun for mi son, the staff is really caring and amazing!!!!!! The pool always has a lot of kids and my son love it!!!! The pool is clean and everything around, the bathroom too. Thanks

Wonderful experience celebrating our three kiddos birthday party. Reserved,ahead if time, three cabanas for 2pm to 6pm on a Saturday. Arrived 1/2 hr early for setup and everything was clean and ready for us. The staff was very nice and helpful, the restrooms very clean and the pool very nice. A bit too warm for us but it was a day in July. A thunderstorm came through before 5pm so we had to pick up but the staff was very accommodating and even helped in the clean up. Overall very happy and highly recommended!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Miami Springs Aquatic Center

I recently had a frustrating experience at the Miami Springs Aquatic Center that I feel compelled to share. My wife and one of our daughters visited the facility, and unfortunately, it was marred by several issues that need to be addressed.

Upon arrival, my wife, a resident with her ID, was charged $20 for entry. This seemed unfair, especially since I was charged only $3 when I entered later with our other daughter. It felt like there was inconsistency in how residents are treated, and it left us questioning the fairness of the pricing.

After entering, my wife attempted to buy a soda but found that the vending machine was broken. When she asked for assistance, the staff informed her that the machines were not their property, which was disappointing to hear. It's concerning that the facility seems to lack responsibility for ensuring that vending options are functional for their guests.

Determined to get a drink, my wife then decided to purchase ice cream from the ice cream vendor. However, she was told that the soda machine only accepted coins, so she exchanged $10 for quarters. Unfortunately, when she tried to use the soda machine, it ate her coins and still didn’t work, leaving her without a drink after all that effort.

This experience was frustrating and left us feeling undervalued as customers. I believe the management should take these issues seriously and consider implementing changes:

Es un lugar acogedor muy bonito tranquilo y familiar pero no lo puedes disfrutar pues a cada rato si se nubla el cielo te sacan del agua aunque no llueva ni caiga ni una gota de agua y pierdes el día y tú dinero , en la fotos podrán ver que sol hay y no nos dejan entrar además no puedes usar el baño para poder cambiarte y te tienes que ir completamente mojado eso debería cambiar

Clean pool and life guards on duty, perform their essential duties very well. I'm honored to have such protection and even around the pool area with personal items. No thieving or hogging of the pool side equipment or chairs. Quiet and there is a max occupancy so that it won't ever be crazy filled. The front desk people are also very nice and informal.

Great for kids,open year round,when other city pools are closed this pool is opened year round,inexpensive 5 dollars for kiddos
