We had my son's 10th birthday party a couple weekends ago. They handled everything perfectly. Even leading up to the party, the people I spoke to were really reassuring (I'm a planner and they reassured me many times). The day of the party more people came than planned and they were beyond flexible. Peter and Walt were fantastic and I appreciate everyone who helped (whose names I don't recall). Highly recommend if you want a stress free, fun environment.

Went for the Canelo vs Berlanga fight. Great screens to watch, can’t say the same about the food or service.

Understandably, it was a busy night. We (group of 7) didn’t expect immediate service but we waited 40 min at our table without interaction from any staff. 30 mins in, we talked to two people- bussers, I think, if they could find our server. They never came back. Then when a server passed our section at 12:20, we asked her for the same help, and she said the kitchen was closed but she’d get the manager. Again, no one ever came back.

At that point, we were just gonna play some games and leave to find food. At around 12:40, last call was announced on the loud speakers We rushed to the front to try and place a take out order, no one was there. Waited a few minutes, no one came. Went back to the host stand to order but it was past last call. We then communicated our inconveniences and they were understanding enough to ask the kitchen if we could still order. This person did come back, and we were finally able to order food (1hr plus of waiting by then).

I wish I could say we got home and enjoyed our food, but we found that not only did we receive 1/6 meals wrong, 2 of them (flatbreads) were completely under cooked. Waste of $30, super disappointed.

If you can manage the longest wait for an elevator in modern American history (or just use the many escalators), this D&B can feel a bit tight compared to other sites but when you’re there with elementary school-aged kids, that layout works in your favor when you want to let them roam free while you get a drink at the bar. My kids’ biggest complaint is that the games don’t get swapped out enough but we still find ourselves here every few months and the staff has always been patient and helpful and not in your face. Kids love the sliders.

The service here is usually a gamble. We went for Super Bowl Sunday and it was actually fairly decent. Our server, Pablo (I believe that’s his name, it was so loud), definitely tried to keep up with the demand. The place was fairly packed during peak game time and it was just busy throughout the dining area. The food was pretty good and didn’t take too long.

We tried dining at this location before and it was disappointing. We were seated by the host and the server never came to our table after 20 minutes and we walked out.

The store is well maintained and most games are up and running. Wide game selections and the WIN at the location is one of the best in the area. Today's a slower day, a Tuesday and a no school snow day (1/7). We are just here for some fun as usual. However, a white male manager on duty in the afternoon was rude and unprofessional. The way he talks and his wording make people feel uncomfortable and not welcomed.

I go D&B quite frequently due to the kids enjoying the games and D&B having a great happy hour during the week. However, the customer service is lacking. At times you are waiting a while to be acknowledge, you have to wait a time to get a drink despite the place not being busy. The manager is not helpful or efficient when solving issues. Furthermore the food is lack luster . D&B needs to do better in the customer service department.

I had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster's, largely thanks to our phenomenal server, Leilani! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive and full of great recommendations. She even did a last call for happy hour, which was a nice touch.

My son absolutely loved his chicken tenders, and Leilani made sure to check back with us to ensure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was lively, and the arcade games were a blast. I highly recommend this place for a fun outing. Great food, awesome games, and exceptional service!

We went in on Friday 6/28 and it was fantastic!!! The Jell-O shots pair well with the Jameson Long Island Iced Tea while watching POWER SLAP VIII on gigantic TV's. Definitely going back for POWER SLAP VIIII
