I started here a little over a month ago and oh my gosh, I’m obsessed!!!! Everyone that works there is SO nice and makes you feel so welcome. Jen even followed up to see how I was liking it- most “gyms” just want your money and don’t care if you come or not. But at Yoga6 Lake Ridge they genuinely care and want you to be happy there! I’ve absolutely loved all the classes so far and they have such a variety! I love all of the instructors so far but I usually go to Hope, Paige and Katie C’s classes and y’all- they are all INCREDIBLE at what they do!!!! They all have taught me something new and I’m usually laughing at some point throughout class with their lighthearted jokes. It’s the perfect mix of workout, mindfulness, and fun! 12/10 recommend Yoga6 Lake Ridge! Oh and the extra activities to partake in are different every month and keeps you wanting to come back for more!

Amazing First Experience at YogaSix!

I decided to try yoga to improve my mind-body connection, and with the first class being only $10, I figured YogaSix was the perfect place to start. I booked a 6 AM HOT Yoga Sculpt class on Thursday with Paige, and it was fantastic! Paige was incredibly inviting, detailed in her instructions, and overall a great teacher. I haven’t practiced yoga since I was a teenager, but she made me feel like I’d been doing it for years!

The front desk receptionist was also exceptional (unfortunately, I forgot her name) but very helpful and welcoming. I plan on incorporating yoga into my weekly routine and was searching for a studio to join. YogaSix has already made me feel like I’ve found the perfect place!

First time attending a class there and it was amazing. Class was challenging but Cameron made me feel welcome, supported and accomplished. Claudia was also great, welcomed me and made me feel part of the family. Will definitely be back!

As a longtime member, I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience with the staff and instructors at Yoga 6 Lake Ridge. No matter the class time or type, Hope is a standout among stars. She is passionate and genuine, her joy is palpable, and her prompts reflect her deep knowledge and commitment to her yoga practice. I highly recommend both Hope and the Y6 studio!

YogsSix is my happy place right now. They offer a variety of classes and workshops. Each time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with joy and positivity, and genuinely feel like everyone who works there is happy to see me. I recently took a Restore class with Katy Johns (aka Katy J or “Tall Katy) where she incorporated some beautiful sound healing with singing bowls. Jessica was amazing! For it being my first time doing yoga, she made me feel so welcome & comfortable. Jessica is very helpful as well, she will step in to guide you if she she’s you need some assistance. I will definitely be signing up for another class with Jessica, thank you so much for everything, I had an amazing time & my body feels great! I slept like a baby that night lol

I received a one week free trial @ The Lakeridge Location. Honestly, wasn't too excited as I have tried Yoga before, and personally have always preferred other forms of exercise. HOWEVER, this studio, just in 3 sessions - has made me LOVE yoga and I cannot wait to return. The classes and staff/ teacher interactions are wonderful and the energy, friendliness and sense of community is even better. Great place, looking forward to joining and continuing the experience...

I very much enjoyed my first time YogaSix! The instructor made you feel welcomed and were a part of them and not just another body at yoga. Paige, the instructor, was engaged within the yoga exercise with you. Great pace and great body moves! If you or someone needs these stretches and are ready and really looking for a place come home.
