Private, very clean, extra large pool with multiple swimming lanes, a large kiddy pool, 2 diving boards (one small, one big), 2 basketball hoops, a ping pong table, and lots of shallow areas for smaller kids to splash and play without worry of getting in the way of older kids/adults. There are enough sun-bathing chairs, shaded areas & picnic tables to accommodate everyone.

With at least 3-4 ALERT lifeguards on duty at all times, you can feel safe, allowing your children to play while you get your tan on. 😎

It's a small park with a couple of climbers and some swings for little and big kids alike. There's a nice walking path around a small pond with some benches for sitting f which is nice. A baseball field in the back and lighted tennis courts (3-4) which are busy on the weekends. Just know it's supposed to be for residents only (though there's no one there checking IDs, just be aware of it).

Swim at your own risk in 2022.

My 7 year old son almost drowned tonight with 6 lifeguard on duty. 6 lifeguards!!!!!! 5 of which were blaring country music on a boom box in the mens restroom. Leaving the sole lifeguard (doing anything) distracted. While I was yelling at my daughter and jumped in to save my son, fully dressed mind you (no bathing suit), the lifeguard finally engaged.

The pool manager at this pool is a teenager who doesn’t have a lick of control on how to orchestrate a safe swimming environment. Your job here Chief isn’t party coordinator, it’s to keep people safe and alive. Do your job.

The supervisor of the pool better get a handle on this pool or they will have a death on their hands this year. I hope this scare will be a wake up call and not just for me.

It’s the best it would be cool if they had swimming classes but they don’t I love it because there’s like a lot of space you can swim around you can play in the water they have a ping-pong table it’s fun to play at break it was like really cool I loved it and it would be cool if anyone else can go if anyone wanted I would say you can go because it would be like the best time of your life

Great pool for Ashburn Farm! In fact, it's easily the best of the 3 HOA pools, and the biggest. There is a kiddie pool for the real young ones too. The lifeguards are always very nice. Diving board end for older kids, and a 3 foot end for the younger kids. The last 15 minutes of every hour is for adults only to enjoy. I am thankful our HOA has such as nice big pool for us to use!

Very good pool very clean and very nice people but the life guards suck they are very rude to my kid and they never like to be nice and my kid loves going there but the life guards are scaring my kid and the middle schoolers always ruin the fun
