Great pool. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. They’ve improved the sauna and steam room and the little cafe is lovely. The only criticism is that the pool can be a bit chilly.

Friendly staff & very clean swimming pool. I recommend checking a timetable before going as they offer both casual and line swimming. There are lockers for everyone (£1 needed), private showers, and very good hairdryers.

Wonderful pool and gym with fantastic staff. There are a range of fitness classes, a nice gym with personal training included (Craig is awesome!), and of course, the main attraction, the beautiful pool. I am delighted to have such an option in Edinburgh.

Victorian Restored Baths/Swimming Pool with excellent sauna and steam room. Inexpensive and not overly busy. I gather there are gym facilities but can’t comment on that aspect.

Staff are absolutely useless. No easily available info online saying that they shut Wednesdays between 2 and 4, staff were deeply unhelpful when we arrived. They also failed to mention that the steam room was broken which was the main reason why we came. Complete time wasters and come across like they have no clue what they are doing.

This beautiful old pool is being assimilated by the Borg of Edinburgh Leisure:
- Forced credit/debit card usage, no cash
- No direct phone line, centralised voice menu hell.
- Pushing everyone to book in advance.
- Expensive.
Progress should mean improvement…
