Decent gym, but always packed! The equipment and facilities are okay but limited—only two showers and two toilets in the gym section, and they’re almost always in use. The stretching areas are too small, so you’ll often need to grab a mat and find space elsewhere. Not much freestyle equipment either, which can be frustrating if that’s your focus.

One big downside is the lack of proper pull-up bars or sturdy grip bars for exercises like dead hangs or pull-ups. If you rely on those for your training, you might struggle to find a good setup and it's always busy!

That said, the staff are really friendly, which definitely helps! It’s the only real option in the area, so it’s convenient. You’ll need to subscribe via Better’s website, get a barcode, and scan it to enter. If you don’t mind the crowds and limited space, it does the job!

Really bad customer service. Member of staff rude. I was verbally attracted by a member of staff called Shane without any reason, when I complained to the manager he wrote back apologizing and stating that their will be completing additional training with Shane to ensure a Higher standard of service and behavior moving forward.
What a waist of my time.
Pleas avoid that place. I am sure for the price I was paying there I can go to a "BETTER" place elsewhere.

Vauxhall Leisure Centre staff in general are really helpful and friendly. From the reception to the swimming instructors, they are lovely .I'd like to mention Kevin & Rodrigo who are teaching me how to swim . They are knowledgeable and kind, which makes my learning journey enjoyable . I was dreading the experience, but they made me feel comfortable and excited to learn. The pools are always very clean and so the changing rooms . I truly recommend this facility because of its atmosphere, location and you'll feel welcome .

One of the toilets in the women's locker room has been broken for over a month, and the water keeps running non-stop! I've spoken to the staff multiple times, but nothing has been done. This is unacceptable for a gym that we pay for. It's a waste of water and a basic maintenance issue that should have been fixed long ago. Very disappointing!

The pool is not very deep and almost always crowded but it has nice saunas one steam room and one finish. You cant complain for price of 6£ oer seasion. Beware that saunas have cleaning hours so its closed from 15:30 until 18 usually.

Good clean gym but here’s the but. Opening hours are too short especially on a weekend. 6pm seriously. Also they clean with smelly chemicals way before that early close, makes you want to leave even earlier. 5 stars if they cleaned after close or extended their hours

I didn't use the swimming pool so can't comment on that but geup classes were good about studios and hygiene
