Today and it’s listed that they don’t close till seven but when I called the lady said they were closed for the season. I don’t understand how because the summer season stops after Labor Day weekend it’s still 90 and 100° outside. It’s still hot not everybody goes back to schooldidn’t on top of that. She was so rude. She kept saying you want anything else. Do you want anything else and then when I asked her some she said oh but you already said that you repeating everything two times and I told her I can repeat anything two times if I want because I’m a customer and I’m trying to ask questions and I’m trying to get answers and so what she did she hung up the phone so I called back five times. I called today at 40 5 PM. That lady was so rude and then when you go on the website there’s no information for the director for that park. There is information for the director of the whole city of Atlanta but not for that park but at Keala park the Keala park neighbor neighborhood association I will be emailing them and telling them about that lady that was so rude. She was ridiculously rude for no apparent reason. I asked her were there any other pools open and she goes the season is over so what does that mean? The season is over cause if you look outside, it doesn’t look like any season is over OK she couldn’t tell me nothing about swim classes. She couldn’t tell me nothing about any other activities and splash parks anything she was rude and she needs to be terminated. She’s not worth being a part of city of Atlanta. She makes city Atlanta look bad.

Great neighborhood pool, especially with the Department of Parks & Recreation running it now. Good lifeguards, very accessible. Love that this is the only Atlanta pool with a truly deep (like 10ft) end for diving and swimming. Large shallow area too.

Took my kids to swim but found it to be shut down. We went around 2 PM on a Saturday and on the website it said it was open until 7 PM. I don’t understand why a business does not correct the times that they are open and closed. I also don’t understand why some of the pools closed down in August one of the hottest months of the year. Even though kids go back to school, there are still the weekends it makes no sense at all.

Good place to swim, other than closing 30 minutes early so the lifeguards can “clean-up”, which they only sat around eating while we were there and only 2 lifeguards watched the pool. They had plenty of down time to clean the facility prior to 7 pm but it’s free of cost so glad to have access but dayum.

Today was bitter sweet because tomorrow is the last day they will be open until next year in the summer. As always, great atmosphere, lifeguards on point, everyone was nice. The pool felt perfect by means of temperature, not too cold or too warm. The weather was great. Overall good day. If you can make it out here tomorrow, (July 30th, 2023), you will be happy you did. The water is so clean too in case your wondering. We will miss this pool. And, we will be back next year too.

It's okay. We used it one day and it was decently clean though some of the guests were strange people. Or maybe we were the strange ones. Definitely not one of the best kept pools in Atlanta. Probably the worst we have visited. We kept to ourselves and enjoyed the day. The oddest thing, we decided to visit again two days later and the pool was closed for the season. In early August, the hottest time of the summer, they closed for the season. Where I grew up in the northeast, we swam til October. So I'm not sure what the thinking is here but it appears all of Atlanta city pools close at the beginning of August. I simply see no reason for that as a taxpayer in a hot environment.

They need to update the hours. They close down the pool 30 minutes before closing time because apparently it takes 30 minutes to get people out the door. My kids would’ve had about 40 minutes to swim if it wasn’t for that. Instead they didn’t get to swim at all. Oh well, there’s better pools that close at the posted closing time and not early. Also, there’s a clear bag policy so only clear bags allowed.
