I liked the facility and my twins had a blast BUT I did not appreciate being talked down by someone who I can only assume is a member regarding arm floaties on 3 year olds when most of the swimmers had large floats. I understand rules are rules and thus should be obeyed and applied. But there's a tone one should take upon speaking to others. I also observed this same woman being nasty and had total attitude towards others. This act alone deters me from obtaining a membership which from what I understand the facility needs. I wouldn't mind returning for another kids Night but definitely not putting my money on a place that treat people like they're less than.

RESPONSE: Thanks so much! I appreciate the response to this matter. It really is discouraging since we are new to the area and love the community and the pool's convenience in it. Like I said, what threw me off was the tone not the personal floatation rule itself. If this happens again, even if it's not directed at myself, I will be sure to speak both directly to her in the same tone as well as make a complaint. Again, thanks for reaching out.

Very family-friendly atmosphere. 100% better than going to a public pool. This is our first year being members and highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining. There is also the option for kids to join the swim team, which my kids really enjoy. The sense of community is amazing at this location.

This is my first year as a member. I spent last year visiting as a guest. I love the family environment and the fact that you can spend the day here and feel like you took a mini vacation. I love the fact they have a playground, volleyball court, and other monthly activities. I do feel that some of the chairs, tables, and locker room facilities are a bit dated but overall it's a great experience and better than going to a public pool.

GREAT TIME with member. Just wish it wasn't 10.00$ a day for a guest. I had too decline going a few times because of the price.

Private swim club is a long time local institution. Anyone local with kids should consider joining, we still love it as empty nesters.

The facilities were generally nice. Water was very enjoyable and we had a fun time cooking out on the grills.
