I was visiting this town with my girlfriend and we decided to come to this pool.
The price was completely different from what my girlfriend and I saw posted on their sign. The African American manger was very rude, she made me take my goggles off and accused us of sneaking in. A baby almost drowned too and the ambulance had to come. The rest of the staff was great. Go if you like a bad experience 😃.

Although this is a nice facility with kids pools and a large pool for swimming and diving the service is terrible and their schedule is very unpredictable. There needs to be a reliable schedule posted on their website so people know when they are open to the public. There are different summer camps, events and therapies taking place and it’s a waste of time getting there and not being able to enter. We buy seasonal passes and it’s a waste of money if the pool sells passes to the public but it’s not truly open to the public not to mention the fact the we live in old town and the taxes we pay go towards the maintenance to that pool and its staff that we can’t truly use. We were here on July 9th and although none of the swim lanes in the big pool was occupied and kids pool was free were told that are out of capacity and we can’t enter. People kept going out but this didn’t change anything and the sign on the door remained the same. The staff never seems to have any clue of what is going on and is generally not friendly to answer any questions.

Visited with my daughter this weekend and had a great time. All staff were very friendly, water clean and cool, excellent pricing, plenty of chairs even on a busy day, and an all out great experience.

Super friendly staff. Cheap prices too. Adults $3 children over 4 and seniors $2. They provide floaters and vests and a lot of seating space

Clean locker rooms, clean pool deck, and the staff are actually kind this year! Kids are required to do a quick swim test before gaining access to the diving board and deep end, and lifeguards were supportive and helpful with all that. Deck has tons of reclining pool chairs and regular plastic chairs (and not broken/cracked like at another pool). Only thing lacking could be more umbrellas and maybe even small tables on the deck for parents. We love coming to Old Town pool in the summer!

Classic swimming pool experience! Something for everyone: diving board, kid pool, lap lanes, open swim play area. Outside and convenient! A great Alexandria amenity.

Good location. $4.00 to get in. No matter how crowded it is, I have always managed to get a lounge chair! All different walks of life- the epitome of a public community pool. I definitely reccomend. 4 Stars becuase the staff isn't very friendly, and I haven't seen any of them engage with the patrons- rather they seem quite comfortable sitting behind the counter mingling amongst themselves. But they're not a deal breaker, so I will keep coming back.

Dirty dirty dirty. Locker room floors all brown and smells like pee super bad. The floor surronding the pool is dirty full of trash !
