Held my daughter’s birthday party here last weekend and it was awesome! We had reserved a room where we had food, cake, and birthday gifts. Then we were able to enjoy the water! So fun!

This is such a fun place to bring your family. The open swim was fantastic! The water slide it's pretty big, very fast, and there is really no wait for it. The diving board was a blast also. They have a small lazy river and a splash pad and a huge hot tub, and they also have lane's for swimming laps.

I thought $10 for an hour-and-a-half was a great price for the fun that we had. Parking was free, lockers were free, showers were clean.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Want to throw a pool party? Well, good luck going through the Hartland Caroselli Aquatic Center. If by some miracle you find the party rental page on the website, you will see that no information will pop up. When I found Director Jamie F. information on the website, I tried first emailing to confirm that they still offer party rentals…No reply for days. I then followed up with a call, and he told me that his assistant handles scheduling those events, and he will write down my information and have them give me a call…A month goes by, and no one reaches out. I called back and a woman answers. She states she’s surprised that no one contacted me and that she will have her boss contact me once he comes in because HE HANDLES setting up events. Well, three days passed since that call, and still, no one reached out. I sent out a final email, and guess what! I finally received a reply, but only to tell me again that his assistant handles this and he was cc’d on this email, the date I inquired about is already booked, and that his assistant will email me with other options…Shortly after receiving a generic pricing sheet from his assistant the next day, I replied with a professionally irritated email informing them that I will not be using their venue. I will gladly keep my $500.00. If anything, this probably saved me from a huge headache trying to plan an event through this clearly unorganized place.

From what I can see, this is the closest aquatic center to my house, that is not almost an hour away. If this is the case for you too, I really hope you have a better experience than I did.

I don't think that pool is worth $10 a head for every visit or a couple hundred per family for a few months. The children's area was a disappointment. I hadn't been there and I felt almost obligated to sign up, was asked multiple times for my credit card and I didn't know what we were walking into. I wish I would have said, stop, show me around first and cancel this registration because if I would have seen it before paying, I never would have paid. There is not really a pool for kids to speak of. You have a splash pad for tiny kids, a tiny lazy river that's 4 ft deep and then a pool area but you have to steer clear for the kids coming down the slide but even that area is 4 ft deep. So if your kid would be most comfortable in 3-3.5 ft of water, then this place is not for you unless they enjoy wearing life jackets the entire time or if they can pass a swimming test. There really was nowhere for my kids to go so we left less than an hour after our arrival. It was disappointing to say the least. There are plenty of other lakes and parks with slides that are actually less expensive and are more family friendly.

I don't expect a water park but for my family and for the price, it wasn't worth it. My advice is take a look at the place and what they offer before signing up. Really figure out if the place would be suitable for your family and your kids' heights and swimming abilities.

Also, front desk - maybe start asking people who are brand new, if they'd like to take a look around first, or explain the pricing instead of just jumping into registration and asking for people's money multiple times because it's holding up the line.

Love this place! The pool, locker are clean . The lifeguards really watch over us. They take their job seriously. I'm very lucky that this place is very close to my house.

Great overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed 1 and 1/2 hour playing with my grandkids. Childrens shorter than 48" are not allowed on the big slide as well as diving off the diving boards. There is a 13 seater hot tub to be enjoyed by all over the age of 14 years. Plenty of very alerted life guards on site, looking out for everyone's safety. Open swimming allowed from 13H00 to 14H30. The pools are situated indoors, so no sunblock required. Plenty off lockers, toilets and showers available.

TELL PEOPLE WHEN THE HEATER IS DOWN! waste of 40 bucks to come in and freeze to death and my complaints only fell on the deaf ears of the children running the place, the so called "manager" couldn't answer me about a partial refund since half of us couldn't bear the cold water. Even the hot tub was lukewarm at best. What a waste of money and time.
