I thought I was hiring a professional pool service but it seems to not be. I never get my calls answered or even get my pool cleaned on my set days to be serviced. I’m still having the same issue for months now even after letting them know that I have algae on the side walls of my pool and they don’t even seem to be putting the proper amount of chemicals in my pool. Elias doesn’t answer then I get another text from another number which when I ask why is my pool still having this problem they don’t even reply and answer me. It’s very frustrating as a client and I never had this happen before with my previous pool guy. It’s very disappointing to not get my pool properly cleaned as I’m paying for the service monthly.

So we hired Elias Pool Services back in August 2021 and WE PAID ONE TIME .And everything was FINE they came every Week to clean the POOL for the FIRST TWO AND HALF MONTHS.... KEEP IN MIND THE MONTH OF OCTOBER WAS FULLY PAID. Then mid October my Husband notices that NO ONE was coming because there's was debris on the bottom of the pool. So we waited a week, THEN WE STARTED TO CALL AND TEXT ELIAS AND NO RETURNING OUR CALLS OR TEXTS. SO what I am trying to say is that THIS POOL SERVICE took OUR MONEY and PROVIDED NO SERVICE... PLEASE BE AWARE....and they will request the MONEY UP FRONT ...

I am very pleased with Elias pool service I would recommend them I know I won't have the same guy cuz I just started the service but I will keep you guys posted but so far it's been great

Terrible service! They just stop showing up after I paid them. They are thefts
