Man I love this company. As another business owner I love the pure leadership and dedication they have to offer. When I think of the pool industry I think of too many moving parts but somehow Ryan seems to make it all work. Not only did Nassau get our vision, they took it to the next leave and made it something we didn’t even know was possible. Today we don’t just have a pool, we have a retreat in our own back yard. We have never been more happy!!!

I had a pool installed a few years ago and had hired Nassau. Had issues with the liner since day 1. They have been to the house multiple times to “Correct” the issue. Now they are claiming it is a chemical imbalance and refusing to do anything about it when it’s been an ongoing issue since day 1! I have given them multiple opportunities to make it right so hence the review. The auto cover also works roughly 80% of the time. The gal answering the phone said it probably needs to be aligned and I said alright let’s schedule a technician. Zero communication whether a technician is coming or not. If they correct the issue I will certainly be sure to update the review.

Just a quick note to let you know that your pool technician Matt does an fabulous job in balancing the chemicals & cleaning. He is very professional and welcoming. Matt stays around until cleaning the job is completely done. You won't go wrong in contracting Nassau Pools for all your pool needs.

My husband and I purchased our hot tub from Nassau Pools & Spas after browsing many different locations. Tiffany was able to answer all of our questions and provide information we didn’t even know to ask about. She’s very knowledgeable about hot tubs and the chemicals required for them. She was honest and able to follow through on everything. We were able to purchase our hot tub and a week later it’s been delivered. The company that delivered the hot tub was professional and set everything up for us how we wanted it. I would definitely recommend getting a hot tub through Nassau and working with Tiffany. Thank you!

Buying the pool was, of course, an easy process along with set up. Everything after was not! Horrible attitudes and customer service from the office and the tech! They had to come out multiple times for the first year for malfunctions that were blamed on us and not of the equiptment and products, which was untrue. Every time, we dreaded making the call to schedule them to come out! But did only because it was covered by the plan of the first year. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

We put in a pool two years ago (after we had a good experience getting a hot tub from them 5 years ago) and their customer service has been absolutely amazing. Far better than one could reasonably expect. They've never failed to be out within a day or two when we've had a small issue. Really great guys!

Stopped in to ask if they test my spa chemicals. Yes, bring it in within an hour. Great go home grab a sample drive 40 mins back to test. She says how many gallons is your spa? I said not exactly sure. She says I can't test it then with out knowing size. I am just asking to tell me what chemical I might need. Sorry can't test it. Drove 40 mins for that great service! I guess this made it easier on a decision what new pool bids I just received.
