This pool used to be open to the public for a nominal fee and was my favorite place, especially when they pushed the bulkheads to one end during the summer. It's only one of two publicly-accessible indoor long courses in DFW. When the place was renovated back in 2010, they placed a lot of the blame for the state of disrepair on it being open to the public, so they closed it. Total B.S. The fact they appropriated absolutely ZERO money into an annual maintenance budget had nothing to do with it, right? There's no good reason it shouldn't be open to the public like it was for many years.

Nice pool- but only using one pool for a LONG event with kids only playing in second pool is rediculous for the 37th speedo invitational makes for a VERY long day for finalists.
