The room was ready, the room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and I had enough pillows. The bathroom was clean. When I woke up in the morning, I went down for breakfast and breakfast was good. I would have liked to see more items for breakfast, maybe some healthier options, but overall it was good. And my checkout was simple and easy. And let me mention that I checked in online prior to getting there, and it was the easiest check-in process ever since I had done it online before I got there .

Very clean hotel and room. Nice and big workout room with a TV.|Front staff was very nice and helpful.|The best part of this hotel was the food. This was by far the best free breakfast of any hotel we have been in the united states for the hotel price point. Eating and serving area was spotless and constantly being refilled. There was a good selection of your basic free breakfast offerings but the eggs were real!!! How often can you say that?|There are many places to eat in the area with a Chik-fil-a you can walk to.

Bed Bugs. Family member woke up in the middle of the night with two bug bites. Took video and showed front desk. Moved her to a different room. Thank God children were not bit. Multiple calls to manager with no response. 2nd incident in two weeks. I was shocked to see someone have same experience two weeks ago.

This is a clean, quiet hotel in a good location in San Angelo. It costs a bit more than some of the other hotels, but low noise level and quality of room makes it worth it. Would like to see a better coffee and water bar that stays out all day, and some better discounts for frequest customers.

Positive: We loved that the hotel was close to everything. The bed was also comfortable Negative: Our room upon entering was very dirty. Crumbs on the edge of the flooring and tiny handprints all over the window. The bed was clean besides a pink stain in the main duvet cover.

The rooms were clean and the service was amazing. We had a loud neighbor the first evening and requested a different room. Denise was very accommodating and moved us to the top floor, offering us the opportunity to go look at the room before deciding. We were impressed with the service and would highly recommend this hotel.

Room smelled clean and the breakfast was hot without the continental scam we are all used to at other properties. We are talking about eggs sausage and cheese with tortillas to make a breakfast tacos. The outside street is in the middle of construction, however easy to get in and out of this hotel. I can't wait to stay here again.

Very close to ASU. Twin Peaks & ChickFilA are just a few feet away. Located on a main road. Clean but found blond hair on a clea towel. Skipped breakfast, lobby was clean and comfortable. ASU visible from the parking lot. Updated hotel. Lots of pillows.
