I have been coming to this gym for more than a year now. But today… today was over the top.

I have always appreciated the staff, amazing and caring staff. Today they showed empathy and also knowledge too, even outside of the clock the staff here makes the gym culture pleasant. They helped tremendously when my partner started feeling dizzy, they came from nowhere and offered support until she felt better. I am beyond excited to be part of this gym full of awesome, professional staff. Thank you again.

The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and there’s a great variety for every workout need. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable right away.

The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping members.

I love Fitness CF i used to be a Personal trainer there, and now how a member i enjoy every single workout, the Zumba with Alejandro Thursday's morning is amazing he should have more clases, The Owner is really kind and Mike the Manager is a great guy!

I am on vacation, and I still want to get my workout in. I called several places to see if they had day passes to access their gym. I called here, and Sara had me at hello. She was so inviting over the phone and was even better to meet in person. I never felt so good about going to the gym. The price for either a day pass or the week was very economical. All the equipment you need plus more to maintain during your vacation or if you live here is available. It was easy to access, and it did not take long to use certain equipment because people were not standing around talking and holding them up. I wish they were near my home. They would have my business.

Gym is very clean with plenty of equipment to choose from, employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, with the sauna and massage machines I can cool off after I work out and enjoy a good smoothie from the shake bar. Brought a friend and very easily acquired a day pass so he could work out with me as well. Highly recommend this excellent facility.
