Today I had the pleasure having Eric as my florist at the Whole Foods Florist, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Eric crafted a stunning bouquet featuring beautiful white roses accented with vibrant green berries and lush greenery-which perfectly captured an organic look! The arrangement was not only visually striking but also perfectly suited to my style
Eric was kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to his craft. His passion for floral design was evident as he took the time to discuss my ideas and make thoughtful recommendations. The end result was a breathtaking bouquet and very happy client.
If you're looking for exceptional floral service and gorgeous arrangements, I highly recommend visiting Eric at Whole Foods Florist. Thank you, Eric, for your artistry and wonderful customer service!

I noticed they have put 30.06 signs on the doors, yet there is no security inside or anywhere near this store. As well, the parking lot is pretty sketchy. There is no real police presence in Dallas either, so I feel it's not safe to shop here anymore. I'll be choosing safer options nearby.

Still better than traditional grocery stores, but looks much more like them now. May stock more conventional product than organic, which was never the case before amazon bought them. Cheerios - really? Used to be able to sample product throughout the store, now it's rare to see anything. They don't even stock wild shrimp from the Gulf, and we're in Dallas! Fruit is shiny b/c it's coated with something I don't want to ingest, FDA-approved or not. Have to shop carefully now, check ingredients, countries of origin. Not nearly enough local product, esp. meat. Used to feel 100% "safe" about their product and bought everything there. No more. Very sad.

Today was my first time coming to this location. My patient needed six five gallon water jugs filled. I'm not supposed to lift over ten pounds. Elia, Kenneth and Kyle were Angels from heaven!!!! I didn't have to do anything. Elia and Kenneth filled them with water for me and Kyle put them in my car. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you guys so much for your help!!!!!!!!

I been coming here for years up until the last week there has been flies all over the food in the hot bar it’s very unsanitary also the food never looks fresh . I told the “manager” his response was there’s not much they can do about flies . You never say there’s “nothing” you can do ! Thats unacceptable! I will find another location to go to from now on

So I've been a whole foods customer since the old days when my local one was on Greenville avenue. Been going there for years. I've got to share my last few experiences at the Lakewood Whole Foods coffee bar. About a month ago I stop in and see a fall menu that includes a Date/Cardamom Latte. I would live to try that! So I walk up to the counter and order one. The employee is totally confused and asks me more than a few times to request my order. So I do over and over again. Then I point to the big light up board behind her that lists the Date/Cardamon late as a fall feature. She then turns to me and says point blank "I don't know how to make that." I'm sorry what? I have 30 years in fine dining and the answer is never "I don't know." The answer should be "I'm not familiar with that menu item, let me find out and find someone who can help you." Are y'all not training your employees now? Ever since your business was taken over by Amazon the service really is lacking. Fast forward toa free weeks later I decide to give it another try. I walk up to the counter and order a basic... Very basic Iced Vanilla Latte. The employee takes a look at her syrup selection and says to me "We don't have any vanilla syrup." Really? Nowhere in the building do you have vanilla syrup? Nowhere? You don't have a dry stock area? I told her to forget it and left. Point is, your employees aren't trained and they don't care about true customer service. Don't waste your time going there and trying to get a coffee. You'll be disappointed and leave empty handed.

I have been coming to this specific store for 15+ years. While it has gradually deteriorated over the years as a company, the experience I just had was abhorrent.

I went to get sushi, when I walked up to the sushi fridge, the doors were wide open, I started to close the doors, but stopped when I noticed a tablet sitting with the food. I (correctly) assumed someone was working. So as I'm looking at the sushi a man steps in front of me with an "excuse me" then bent down to continue working, blocking me from getting my items. I patiently waited behind him for several whole minutes, even leaving to look around and coming back. When he finally got up, he stepped into me, rudely said "excuse me", again, took a photo of his work, then before he started to walk away, told me to not to open the doors while I'm looking... As if I had been the one who left them open. It was the rudest encounter.

And the time before this I purchased a discounted mix of fruit. They charged me full price, (nearly $20), and the fruit was ROTTEN the very next day.

I used to love this store, but I really don't think I'll be coming back.
