The meadows have been home for almost 7 years and I have enjoyed my stay. The property is kept nicely, the maintenance team never takes long to fix thing and management is always approachable, professional. Taneka is always a pleasure to encounter and she makes sure everything is taken care of within a decent time and she does it with an awesome personality.

My mother has lived on this property for the past six years and we have absolutely loved it. The newly renovated units are superb! Management has always responded promptly and appropriately to our requests. The Assistant Community Manager Taneka L. is awesome! She really makes this property feel like home for my mom. I've had a great experience at the Meadows for the past two years. Taneka was very welcoming and helpful during the initial leasing process and has continued to be helpful and friendly throughout, if I have a question, work order, etc. I also appreciate that the office puts on community events. There are many kind people in the community!

10 years and I’m still here..wow! I’ve been in The Meadows since 2014. I am fortunate enough to have never experienced a break in, vandalism, or porch pirates. When something is broken, the turn around time to fix it is very fast. Now, I have seen a small turn around in office staff, but Taneka has been the most consistent. She has been here 10 years and counting. If she ever decides to leave, that’s when I will leave. She is 90% of the reason why I sign my lease every year. We love her here! She is very nice, she follows up on orders we put in, and will call just to make sure everything is fine and will personally invite you to the resident gatherings that they host. All of the residents in my building always talk about how nice she is. The other staff is great-but consistency goes far! Anywho, check us out-and put me down as a referral! lol.

Today was my daughter’s first time looking at apartments. The Assistant Community Manger, Ms. Taneka Lewis did an exceptional job showing us the unit and giving a plethera of information. She’s the best. All apartments need someone just like her.

We’ve been living here over a year now and we love it! Taneka is TOP TIER, baby!!! She is always so positive, so sweet and so funny, lol. She handled our move in and made the process so easy! She is also a REALIST, she won’t just sell you a dream or rush you just to occupy a unit! All the ladies in the office are sweet and very helpful, might I add! Maintenance has gotten better with fulfilling requests in a timely manner. We appreciate the fact that it’s a smaller complex, it’s so cute and quiet. They’re always having events for our little community and they just make you feel like you’re family! ?
