The cleanest gym I’ve gone to. Not very crowded. A bit pricey which I understand, but im very grateful to have a membership here. My only wish is that I really want a designated place/clear area to do hip thrusts. They have tons, like so many… machines for upper body and lower. But sometimes less is more. Using your body and a barbell is the way to go for some. But besides that I am content with this gym.

I'm so happy that In-Shape has an intro Tennis class. Tony, your instructor, is skilled, knowledgeable and encouraging. My skills have greatly improved. I wish that you, In-Shape, would promote tennis the same way you promote the other court game by putting up banners and having tournaments and also offering it in the after work hours so members have a real chance to come to tennis class. I have been attending this class since July. All that time I reserved my space but didn't know that I had to scan in with my membership card so my attendance has gone unknown to management. This tennis class makes my experience at In-Shape fantastic. I joined this club because of the tennis courts. Please add evening time slots to give Tennis a chance to grow.

Today I had the pleasure to experience trying new equipment at the Vallejo In-Shape. As a wheelchair user sometimes it is difficult to use certain machines. Manger Blanca was patient and thorough in making sure I had enough space for my wheelchair to transfer smoothly an utilize each machine that is accessible. She also answered every questions or concerns regarding my needs. I appreciate her customer service an assistance for making me feel apart of the In-Shape family Fitness!

My favorite gym! People who work here are friendly and the members are, too. I like that there are people of all ages, shapes, sizes, races and sexes here. Not snooty. Not overly noisy. Spacious and light.

I love my gym. All on staff are friendly and helpful. There's so many different places you can work out, take classes, swim etc.

I want to let you know that Blanca Munguia the general manager of the inshape at the Lincoln Rd location in Vallejo,CA has been very professional and addresses my needs and concerns with efficiency. She takes time to listen and is empathetic and is always looking to resolve issues as they arise and are brought to her attention. She is doing a great job with ensuring that the gym is a comfortable place to come and work out.

The staff at this club are always friendly and very welcoming. Some of the equipment is older but the manager seems to be on top of getting any repair done in a timely manner.

As for the clientele, I have never had a negative experience with anybody at this club. There are plenty of friendly regulars.

The price may be a bit higher than some
Other clubs, however it’s entirely worth it as far as I’m concerned.

A big plus is the child care! The staff who work with the children are excellent! I have been very happy with the level of care and attention given to my child.

I absolutely love Ms. Deborah's Aqua Aerobics class, the massage bed, chair yoga class (hope they bring it back), and battle ropes at the Vallejo location. Staff is friendly. Lots of free parking.
