This is my nearest Kroger and we found it very well arranged grocery store. The store is clean and ample free parking outside. The items always are in stock and sometimes weekly deals available in large number of items. The produces are fresh and other grocery items are easily accessible in the aisles. The self check out is quick and associates seem awesome helping customers. The price is competitive to the other grocery chains.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Kroger. I waited at the Guest and Money Services counter for nearly 20 minutes, and not a single employee came to assist me. I even approached other Kroger employees for help, and their response was simply, “We’re busy.” This level of neglect and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable. I understand that employees can be occupied, but customers should not be left waiting without any communication or assistance. Kroger needs to seriously improve its customer service if it wants to retain loyal shoppers.

I made a purchase at the self-checkout around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, 12/22/24. The young man running the self-checkout area was one of if not the most polite, efficient, and helpful teammate I have ever encountered at a Kroger or other grocery store. Just want to share what a breadth of fresh air he was in his manners and efficiency. Congratulations to him and your team.

I came in at 10:30 on a Thursday The store is an utter mess they got areas blocked off where you cannot come through it under an exit. There’s lighting that’s out. The staff is nowhere to be found. No customer service whatsoever this fresh produces a nightmare as soon as H-E-B opens I will not shop here. Only five self checkouts are open only one person helping with customer service. The store is a filthy mess. It took over 20 minutes of standing in line

I love this Kroger's. They usually have two self checkout and regular lines open. Customer service has improved in the two months I've shopped here. I've only had one bad encounter with staff. The baked cookies are great. Prices are reasonable and the store is always clean.

No one in this area can wait for the HEB to open up. This place is so poorly managed. We very rarely come here - we go to other markets further away. Every time we do come here, shopping carts are nasty, things we want aren't available, check out lines are long - the longest anywhere we've seen - and for whatever reason, the check out almost always requires employee assistance as if we're buying alcohol or something.
My wife wanted me to reiterate the length of the check out lines. Worst. Ever. Anywhere on earth. Except maybe that Walmart we went to in Mexico.
The construction on 380 and the traffic loaded with people either too aggressive or too timid to drive is maddening. Driving around here is like Mad Max Game of Thrones - you either conquer or die.

Kenn, who I believe is in charge of gathering shopping carts, helped me and my mom load our watermelons with so much enthusiasm and care. He wasn't asked to, and we even told him we got it, but he insisted and said, "It is my honor and privilege."

He is truly is the kindest person I have ever encountered.

Kroger is employing a gem of an employee, and I hope they realize how lucky they are to have someone so joyful, hardworking, and respectful on their team. Thank you Kenn for making our week brighter!

I just received my Kroger Instacart order, which included a 4 lb bag of oranges from Paramount Citrus/Wonderful Citrus. Unfortunately, all six oranges are completely unripe, with yellow-green peels, and covered in citrus scab. These scabby, brown oranges are unusable for my cranberry orange loaf and cranberry muffins, both of which require fresh-squeezed orange juice and zest. I expected better quality, thinking Kroger’s “Locally Grown + Harvested” would mean fresh and high quality, but it seems Kroger is happy to sell Paramount Citrus/Wonderful Citrus that should be designated for animal feed.
