I have lived here since July 2023 and have not enjoyed fun and relaxation of a cool and refreshing dip in any of two swimming pools, or relax in the soothing hot tub after a long day. Both pools and hot tubs have been closed due to maintenance. When I asked how long these amenities have been closed for maintenance, I was told two years! Can’t play volleyball or tennis at the sport court because both are missing nets. The HOA nor property managers cannot give a definite answer as to when these problems will be fixed. Each of these amenities on Walden Park website are falsely advertised, looking pristine, new and operational.The pictures I took of the unfixed pools, hot tub, volleyball and tennis court taken February 10th 2024. FASLE ADVERTISING!

May 29,2023 update:
Good news! The smallest of the two pools reopened on May 24, 2024. I had the opportunity to use the pool finally. On Memorial day the pool was very clean with clear crystal water. Aghast, here I am on a Wednesday afternoon, sitting in my condo with my swimsuit still on because the pool water is milky (pic#9) and not clear. I was told by maintenance it would take about five hours to get the water clear again. Something about the filter. This wouldn’t have happened if they just clean the pool every day. Maybe twice a day because it’s summer. Such a shame

Thursday, September 26, 2024 Update: It is disappointing to note that the larger pool near the clubhouse has not undergone any noticeable improvements since last year, despite observable construction activities in July indicating potential renovations. A photo illustrates the pool's current water-filled state due to hurricane effects, highlighting its usual dilapidated condition.

The maintenance guy named Edgar is awesome. When he comes to my apartment to fix something its gets done right the first time. This hasnt always been the case, before Edgar got here the maintenance was not good. Edgar is always friendly and answers your questions with respect. I admire him. Thank you for hiring Edgar.

I live in unit 221.
this guy Edgar is very talented at what he does, I saw him digging in the dirt and pulling on an air conditioning pipe that comes out from under the building. He found the gas leak and fixed it. Definitely he have awesome skills.

Recently had issues with my toilet & sink not working properly but it was solved when their maintenance personnel Edgar saved the day. He was knowledgeable and fixed my plumbing problems quickly!

Estas son las condiciones de entrega de los apartamentos. No te dejan verlos antes de firmar. Y ahora no me dejan salir de allí. Porque según ellos no hay motivos para rescindir el contrato sin penalizacion.
