For the last few years, we have rented the VIP room to hold our company Christmas party. Each year, I dealt with Jillian to do the booking. She has been the most awesome person to deal with each time. The staff has always been over the top in taking care of all of us, and this is why we have returned now 3 years running and that trend will likely continue. Thank you Racks staff and thank you Jillian for making sure we have always received the best service. The food has always been so good, we will order take out on occasion.....the BBQ burger is insanely delicious....Kudos to the kitchen staff as well!!

Had a great experience this past weekend, had playoffs and lots of people there that the staff was attentive to and kept me full of food and drinks whenever I needed. They provided great options and suggestions on new drinks and food options to try. Jana, the manager Friday and Saturday, kept the staff working hard and filling in wherever needed. Servers Kristian, Brady and Samantha worked hard as a team even when they were flooded with customer orders and people bouncing all around the room.

Definitely love the atmosphere and will continue supporting this local business.

Pedro, the owner was bussing tables sweeping the floors to help out where he could and that goes a long way in my book.

We came during the day for lunch with the whole family & friends. It was family friendly, food was good, and we were able to play pool. They have plenty of pool tables, darts, and a few arcade games. The appitizer sampler was a great munchie choice to share.

Service was great, the food was delicious, I was fully satisfied, and the price was affordable. A party of 4 with drinks and burgers was under $100. Fun games were available after dinner with darts and pool. It's a smoke-free environment, so that made it even better for us. Music was not too loud, u can have a convo, but still feel the vibe. If you can handle spice, try the rack attack burger it's amazing. If not, try the bacon blue cheese burger. My wife had the chicken sandwich it was tender, plump, and juicy, not an oz of dryness, best grilled chicken sandwich I tasted in a while. Our server was awesome even though she had other stuff doing she always checked in on us, I think her name was Nike.

Disappointing Experience - Price Gouging at Its Worst!

I recently visited Racks Billiards and was shocked by their outrageous pricing. First, they actually charged me $0.89 for mayo on a cheesesteak. Yes, you read that right, MAYO on a cheesesteak. To make things worse, they charged me $4.00 for a side of celery that I was told was supposed to come with my wings. I understand small upcharges here and there, but this felt like blatant price gouging. The overall bill was way more than expected, and the nickel-and-diming for basic items really ruined the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy being overcharged for basics.

I ordered wings off of Uber for an up charge of $18 for a 10 piece when it’s almost half the price for that if you come in. They have a selections for 2 flavors per 10 piece so I ordered jerk, lemon pepper, and sweet bbq. They also have have a option to order the sauce ON THE SIDE, which I DID NOT choose. I’m not sure if Pedro or the cook screwed this one up but all I received was dry unseasoned wings with a sauce cup that could only be good for 3 wings at the most. What am I supposed to do with lemon pepper dust? You guys dropped the ball in this one, I guess I should’ve order wing stop.

Our server Stephanie was amazing. The pizza was sad. The pool tables are in excellent condition and the balls are excellent quality. The selection of pool cues on the side where we were playing were almost entirely 17 or 18 oz. It would be nice to have more than one cue with more weight to choose from. We did have a good time and will be back.
