The staff was great to work with and the grounds were beautiful - making it easy for me to create beautiful bride and groom portraits. On Saturday, May 25, 2024 our daughter was married at the lake at Bentwinds, and a reception following the wedding in the dining room. For several months, we worked with Janice Eury regarding the pricing, planning and scheduling for the day. Janice and her team was FANTASTIC to work with. We were blown away by her attitude and attention to detail. It is obvious she loves what she does, you can see it! Janice has an amazing ability to bring your thoughts and ideas together, to make your event absolutely perfect!!!! We are forever grateful to you and your staff for one of the most amazing days ever.

First time playing here. Don't know any members here and had never heard of the course. Definitely flies under the radar. Course is in amazing shape considering we haven't had much rain. Seems to be very well cared for. Carts were nice and quiet. Grounds crew and greens keeper did an amazing job with pin placements and the quality of the cups. The sand was even and raked in a gorgeous pattern. I wish I could clone this crew and put them at other courses in Wake county. Great job!

Layout and design are the weak points here which is not the staffs fault. Played from blue and still could not find many holes to use the driver, especially on the back 9. Lots of layups and dog legs. Too much distance between some of the holes which makes it very unfriendly to walkers. Walking 18 was fine because I walk when I play but I don't recommend walking here. Greens are very firm, fast, and fair but have lots of undulations (in my opinion). Driving range has space for irons or wedges only and has fewer bays than most courses but other practice areas are great. Seems like instead of building a neighborhood around the golf course, it's almost like they built a golf course in the neighborhood if that makes sense.

I will play anywhere so this place is ok in my book and I would gladly go back. Glad I got to see it, but I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything based on my preferences. This course may check all the boxes for someone else.

Fairways in great shape despite the lack of rain. Challenging holes that allow for good scoring with well placed shots.

I'm very glad I'm not a member of this club. This is not your average club. I've experienced microaggression because of riding a bike on the golf path trying to avoid a high traffic road getting to an adjacent road. This was not just from the members, but the staff as well by chasing me down on a public road with a golf cart that was not legally licensed.
