Leider liegt das Hotel in einem Dreieck zwischen Autobahn und viel befahrener Strasse. Deshalb ist es etwas laut. Aber für eine Nacht geht es, es muss einfach das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wie immer gut in den Hamptons.

Sehr freundlicher empfang, schöne Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wie immer bei Hampton Inn's. Das Frühstück ist auch wie immer sehr grosszügig und es hat einfach alles. Vorallem die Omeletts sind sehr lecker 🙂

Hotel was easy to find, in a good locations. Safe and friendly. Only thing worth noting as the construction going on at the hotel. There was some banging until 7 or 8pm but it was quite after that. Overall I would recommend this hotel because the price was good and the hotel was what you expect from a Hampton. I will stay here again.

Overall a 3/5 stay. I didn't feel super impressed with the stay.
The rooms were a little smaller than we anticipated, I would have expected an extra chair in a corner or something. Seemed very cramped. Also, the pool was super cold and not really warm at all. The pool had some random clumps of hair in it, so we didn't go in. Also, the "hot" tub was lukewarm and dirty. We sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes before we felt like we should get out and get showed ? If it looks dirty, the water should be at least hot enough to give the illusion that any germs can't survive. You can't be both dirty and not warm enough. We will take the kids to the rec center for a better pool/hot tub experience!

Everything about this visit was great. The staff was friendly, the breakfast area was clean and stocked, and the location was right off the freeway. The room was large and had plenty of space. I mentioned the breakfast area was clean and stocked, but it's still hotel food, so we didn't expect much in the flavor department. There was make it yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, and an assortment of bagels, bread, and pastries. The parking had lots of space and several entrances into the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel for work quite often, and am in a hotel at least three months out of the year. I end up spending about a month of that (over several different stays) here at the Hampton Inn in Orem. The hotel is great- near a lot of restaurants, the rooms are a good size, laundry facilities for guests, an outdoor area if you would like to eat/sit outside and the I-15 highway is very close by. But I have to say, the thing that really gives this place shine is the amazing staff that are here. They go beyond customer service and treat the guests with the same attention and kindness that they would show their family or friend. The wonderful Shay- I hardly know where to begin. When I arrive to check in after a long day of traveling, I am always greeted by her smiling face, she remembers me (and my room preferences), and she already has everything ready for me. If I ever have a question or problem, she is able to fix it quickly. There are some people that are effortlessly great at the line of work they are in, and Shay is one of those people. She is not the only amazing person on the staff though. Jen is always so friendly and accomadating. I struggle with insomnia, and sometimes wander the halls like the Ghost of Christmas Past trying to wind down. If I bump into Jen or Doug (from Maintenance), they always check in and see if I need anything or even just to visit. Britney is very kind and helpful, and gets me on my way at the end of the stay quickly. I know I am missing people, so I apologize if I didn't mention you. I have yet to meet anyone on the team who has not been wonderful. I know this portion was mostly about the staff; there is more information regarding the hotel below. I just wanted to say how amazing the people are here that are taking care of us day in and out. I really am thankful for everything they do, and it is the reason I keep coming back, and also why I recommend it to my other co-workers when they're traveling. Thank you all for making my stays so enjoyable and easy. You are all greatly appreciated.

Great location, will stay again- however, the city has changed the road entrance compared to when the hotel was first built so it's harder to maneuver from the freeway exit

The patio is loud...hopefully the city installs a sound barrier from the freeway in the near future

Omelettes were very fluffy and tasted great just way too much cheese, however every morning isn't very vegetarian friendly because they tend to premix meat in the offerings. The white egg omelette was my favorite as well as biscuits and gravy yummy. When and if they have potatoes are my second favorite breakfast offering and if they had the automatic pancake maker, that would be nice like they have at Tru

New luggage carts would be something to add but maybe they will soon!

It would be nice if the bathrooms all had rolling showers for mobility and safety for all ages

When we first walked in, I noticed the little lobby area had a weird smell. Hubby didn’t smell it, but I am a weirdo and have a very good sense of smell, and so I smell things others don’t. I didn’t say anything to the front desk guy because it wasn’t bad, just a little yucky to me.

Skylar was on the front desk and he was efficient and nice. I chatted with a lady cleaning the elevator as well and she was very kind. We didn’t interact with any other staff.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, so when I washed my face, the water backed up and took a couple of minutes to fully drain. The shower drain also drained slowly but not as slowly as the sink. I forgot to tell the front desk when we checked out.

I went to the hot tub one time, and it was clean and big, but very foamy when jets were turned on, so I didn’t stay long.

I ate the little scones and a muffin for breakfast each day; I was a little disappointed that the breakfast meat was chicken sausage. It didn’t look very appetizing to me, so I passed and just had scones.

Overall, we would stay there again. The location was convenient for what we needed, and it was a good stay all in all.
