I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The amenities are outdated, and the service was poor from start to finish. The robes provided felt like they had already been worn by someone else, and I had to request slippers, which the staff then had to search for.

My partner and I booked 80-minute massages, costing $800 in total. Given the price, we expected a high-level spa treatment but were sorely let down. Despite living in Miami and having access to many spas, I can confidently say I will never return to this place.

The showers didn’t even have hot water, which is unacceptable. The tea station was also subpar. Overall, this spa offers low-level service and amenities. Save your money and time and go to a local massage place where you’ll receive better treatment for a fraction of the cost.

Incredible experience!! I say experience because in addition to the wonderful treatments offered they have amazing amenities for you to enjoy from an indoor mineral pool to a eucalyptus steam room area. It is a super relaxing space. You also have access to their beautiful outdoor pools and the beach chairs. Senorita Flora provided me with one of the best massages I have ever had. She worked wonders on my body. I can't wait to get back there again to enjoy all they have to offer!!! Ladies this place is a true treat and if you are into using spa services as a way to take care of yourself this one is worth checking out if you are in Miami or really you can just plan a trip around going here!!! Worth every penny!

Melanie was my masseuse! ❤️ I enjoyed it from start to finish! I definitely got blessed since it was random, but I will make sure to ask for her next time.
Phenomenal experience, by far the best ? and I've had plenty of massages?‍♂️ in my lifetime.

Had a deep-tissue massage, and she also gave her advice, which I appreciate, and it is helping with my tight lower back.
It was kinda funny when she apologized about her tummy growling, I felt bad because she must have been hungry, haha. we're all human, nothing you should apologize about, but was a tad loud, haha ? so I understand why you did. God bless your soul and hope nothing but the best for you.

The facility also blew my mind to add to the experience! Beautiful & clean from the waiting room to the steam room. Love the shower plunge, which drops water over you like a wave or waterfall.
Everyone was very polite except maybe the pedicure Venezuelan lady, made me feel very self-conscious about my feet.
But overall, by far one of my favorite experiences!

I went to Lapis in January 2024 and it was fantastic. Everything was pristine and the service was exactly what you'd expect from a high end spa. All the amenities were extremely clean, creative, and relaxing. I had a fantastic massage and wished id booked more services for the day. I would've gone back for another day if I had more time. My husband and I will be returning on our next visit!

I've had the worse birthday experience at this spa! Not only did I not receive the type of massage that I purchased (Deep Tissue Massage) but I was also over charged! The ladies at the front desk stated the manager wasn't available and that they will promise to call me back by the weekend. No one ever called me! I then called for several weeks trying to get in touch with a manager and nothing. All they would so is take my message and tell me a manager would call me back and never received a call till this day. I also want to note that the rain shower room got me super sick, due to all of the chlorine they use. DO NOT USE that room! Terrible experience and I will not recommend this spa at all! I've had a way better experiences for less money that I paid for.

If you haven’t been to the Lapis spa at the Fontainebleau - you’re missing out. As a Miami native I’d say, go ahead and pamper yourself during the Miami Spa month - WORTH IT! Not only is the spa spacious and clean but having lunch and drinks by the pool after a relaxing morning is the perfect way to spend the day! Anddd do yourself a favor request Glenda, she is amazing!!! Will be walking out of there light as a feather! ?

The mineral baths soothe body and soul in ways words can hardly describe. The steam room’s sheer size and ambiance make it feel like a palace of peace. The massage is a masterclass in relaxation, leaving you renewed. This is just what I needed after a week in Vegas.
