Being a swim family, the aquatics center has been part of our life for me and my kids. Swim classes, meets, bday parties or just to do some swim laps. My own kid has been an instructor and lifeguard here. It’s a great employment source for HS kids.

My daughter just started swim lessons tonight and it was our first visit to the facility. It is very nice! The building was easy to get to (look for door #25), with lots of parking, and from what I could tell it was well organized and clean. Two staff members were on-duty in the lobby area when we arrived. One of them explained the features of the facility and the process for class drop-off and observation from the bleachers upstairs (there is an elevator for those who need it). At least 24 people were swimming in the lap pools and 8 kids split into two classes in the leisure pool. I believe there were 3 or 4 lifeguards and at least 12 other staff members I could see in and around the pools.

Diving boards need to be open to the public. As of 3/9/24, the diving boards have no public availability. I'm not sure when the diving boards became unavailable. I remember my kids using them. I've reached out to Mr. Richard Jessie, the PWCS school board member for my magisterial district, to see if he can get public access to this taxpayer-funded piece of equipment. Regarding swim lessons - Stephanie is a friendly and energetic instructor. Highly recommend.

When it is fully operational we love taking the kids here - don't need to worry about the weather and it's fun for everyone, regardless of swim level, since they have the zero entry/playground area.

We've done swimming lessons here twice and it's always a good experience. Currently it's about $75/month for twice a week lessons for the kids. Great deal, and since it's a heated pool we can work on swim skills all year!

Absolutely love this place! My 9 year old is doing really well here. The instructors are great. Class sizes are nice, at most 4 or 5 at level 4. The cost has increased but still better than the competition. I've had my child repeat level 3 and will probably do the same for level 4. I want him to have a firm grip on the different strokes and be a strong swimmer! I'm taking adult lessons this summer!

We drove out today for the first time. The pricing is reasonable, the pool is heated, and the lifeguards are very attentive. There are multiple family bathrooms and the locker rooms have plenty of space. From what I saw, the facility looked like it was kept clean. Staff was also friendly during the purchase process! I really can’t find a complaint. Yes, the lights are kept dimmed, but I prefer it over bright fluorescents.
