Visited this apparel and shoe store in The Mall of America. It is located on the second floor of the mall. They had a nice selection of apparel and a huge selection of shoes. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and showed us shoe in any sizes we asked for and they also assisted with any questions we had regarding apparel on anything else in the store.

Why did I deduct a star? Unfortunately, they did not have the size we needed that day so we left without making a purchase. Overall it was a good store though and I would return, if I was at the mall.

Complete chaos is the best way to describe my experience on 1/4/25. My daughter found a pair of shoes that she liked. She took the shoe to one of the employees and watched the progress on the screen. It took a while before the screen said “on the way”. It disappeared for the screen and nobody brought her the shoes. They didn’t tell her they only found ONE SHOE. We went up to the counter and someone else went to look for the other shoe. He ended up taking the shoe off of the display to match the one they had. Checking out was painfully slow too. The employees seems to have no ambition and were just going through the motions.

Would not recommend. Took 3 people to bring out a pair of shoes and then after waiting 30 minutes, they finally brought out the wrong shoes after being shown/scanning the shoe MULTIPLE times. Then when I needed a different size, a fourth employee looked at me like she had no idea what to do. Ended up walking out without anything after wasting almost an hour in this store. They weren’t even that busy. This place is ridiculous

Horrible everything. It took forever for someone to assist us. You have you request a size from one of the rude random workers walking around and then track your size order on a tv. Then go pick them up at the counter. Did that, bought shoes, got back to my hotel and realized they gave me two left shoes. I’m glad I realized it as quickly as I did. I went back and they fixed it although the customer service was lacking. My son also requested two different shoe styles. They brought out the boxes and each only had one shoe in them. When we asked the manager just said “that’s all we have”. Why on earth would you only have one of a shoe and then still maintain the specific size in your inventory. Stupid! I understand mistakes but the rudeness that went along with it is what makes this unacceptable. A simple apology would have been much appreciated. I will never go to any of these locations again and I suggest you stay far far away.

Waited 45 minutes for our “shoes” to come out. The employees didn’t tell us if our shoes disappeared on the screen they didn’t have it. I had to hear it from a different employee explain their “system” to another customer . We just left, horrible customer service .

Very good Selection but horrible I mean HORRIBLE service…. 5 employees standing around refusing to help find shoes for us, they are dusting the fixtures and the line for register is long. You mine as well order online. this location is pointless.
0/10 for the employees here
8/10 for the shoes.

Absolutely ridiculous, we stood in line to get the actual size, they had to go look in back made us get out of line, grabbed shoes then we had to start all over in line. Will never return to this location again and will inform others not too either!

Very friendly staff,good music to vibe to while browsing around! great management!Seen some old reviews and some new ones on how they make their "policy as they go" I've been a worker on retail throughout the years and all companies for retail are all the same.Product can be returned or exchanged as long as the product or item are still in good condition and unworn,also if the item smells like smoke or any unpleasant smells,the store won't be able to re sell that product and they are considered as damaged,and if the box in shoes are also damaged ask them if they have another pair,if they don't then wait till they get re stocked if you are from the area,but if you are visiting the mall has other varieties of store that you can find a nice shoe and they can point you to the right direction. Overall i would recommend to check out the store.
10/10 would shop here again.

Absolutely atrocious place to shop at. Was there on Sunday sept 1st in the evening. Spent 1.5 hours in the store asking for a shoe multiple times. A male store worker yelled at a mother who was asking for a shoe who had been waiting for a full hour. They told us to wait for our shoes after literally a full hour of waiting insane behavior for a small shoe store. I finally left when I had a shoe my size in my hand and asked for the other one so I could buy them. The worker lazily helped me claiming they didn’t have it, as I am literally holding it in my hand… never going again I’m sorry never had a worse experience in a shoe store or any store for that matter. Maybe it’s not their fault they have a lot of theft. But yelling at a grown women in-front of her kids when you’re a 17 year old pipsqueak is a little dramatic. There are few places where that would slide or be socially respectful. The employees in this store are unmotivated. Also we were not told to look at the screen for the shoe and they would have it ready at the front. The people working there really don’t care about their jobs. They missed out on $300 sale.
