Stayed one night before my flight out of the San Antonio airport. The service was excellent. The front desk check-in girl was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and modern. I give it 4 stars because there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower, and the shower had low pressure due to a leak in the tub fill spout.
After check-out, they took care of my luggage while I went to have lunch. The shuttle to the airport was clean and the driver was friendly. There was no wait time for the shuttle and the drive took less than 5 minutes to my gate.

The room was spacious and clean! The small kitchen was great because there were plates which we used and cups. The front desk were helpful. The only thing that I did not like was on the last day we haven’t checked out and housekeeping opened our door even though we had a do not disturb on the door handle. Luckily we had the top lock on to prevent anyone opening the door.

Such a great hotel! Everyone is so kind and it’s so clean as well! Also, the hot water is very hot! Great location as well! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I can’t remember is name, but he worked the night shift during our stay, but I hope you finally got your Cuban Sandwich from Balia!

Had a quick stay here and it was great. The gentleman working 2nd shift (I believe his name was Laron) on 12/17 was so kind and helpful during check-in. The shuttle drivers were courteous and professional. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you and 5 stars all around!

The hotel is under construction so be prepared for noise like pounding, drilling and workmen. They had no hot water but let us know in advance in case we wanted to cancel, but for us it was too late to book a different hotel. One of the elevators was not working. Staff were super nice, Jose was very welcoming and apologized about the water situation. He said he would talk to the manager about comping us with some points for inconvenience of no hot water but have not seen the points hit yet. The morning desk clerk said she had no way to validate compensation of points that it might take several days. We left at 5:00 a.m so did not get complimentary breakfast, they said nothing they could do about it and they could not comp us for that. Probably would have been nice to give us either a couple of protein bars or muffins of some type, or bananas. The rooms are spacious but are worn and could use a deep cleaning. Wallpaper peeling off walls so it’s good they are renovating. Kitchen was nice. Bathtub was pretty dirty. There were what sounded like construction noise at 3:00 a.m. The airport shuttle driver did not show up for work so they ordered us an Uber and paid for it which was nice. It was very close to airport and therefore convenient. Close to a Cracker Barrel for dinner.

Located near the North Star mall in San Antonio. Easy access from the HWY and very neat and clean.
I didn't care for the lame poor quality breakfast the scrambled eggs if they were actually really eggs were bland and tasteless.
Since I had a kitchen in my room, I prepared fresh eggs and thick sliced bacon for my breakfast. And I love to bake cookies and other goodies then gift them to the hotel staff including the room service staff.

My room was made up daily and it was very neat and clean. Unlike other hotels I have stayed in over the past 2 months.

It's conveniently located just behind cracker bell and plunkers wing bar. So if you're hungry early in the morning or late at night, you don't have far to go to find good food.

Less than a mile away, you have a cheddar scratch kitchen, an Applebee's, and several other restaurants just down the street from this hotel is ATJ. Max, as well as a super Walmart. It has a great location where it's at easy access to many different places to eat and shopping.

The staff helped me get all of my totes with my Santa suits, baking ingredients, 2 150 quart ice chests from my truck into my room. A when I checked out they helped me load my full ice chests back into my truck.

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Our vehicle was broken into within a few hours of arrival, along with five other vehicles.
Spoke to the person at the front desk and they were very rude, saying they couldn’t do anything, that it was not their responsibility and also that they had no access to their cameras.
Filed a police report and speaking to deputies this place has numerous of reports.
I visit San Antonio often with family and have never experienced anything like this. This is very sad and upsetting when you have your children.
Half the staff were very rude. Had room service knock one time at my door with in seconds walking in as I’m walking into the restroom in my sleeping clothes. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!

Very nice hotel. Very clean, and they have a nice breakfast in the lobby area. Rooms have all the amenities that you could need. Kitchen has all items to make your own meals.
