Wir waren sehr begeistert von den Hotel angefangen beim Check in sehr netter Empfang||Super Preis leistungsverhältnis auch in diesen Holiday inn Express. Wir wurden in dieser Kette noch nie enttäuscht.Das Hotel hat einen schönen Innenpool sowie gratis Parkplätze ||Kostenloses Wlan. Jeden morgen ein kostenloses Frühstück.||Und sehr saubere Zimmer.Immer wieder gerne in diesen Hotel

First let me start with saying that the service and friendliness is wonderful here. The breakfast buffet is also great and has many options!! That was all very good. On second note, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel is terrible. It needs an upgrade throughout. Wall plug ins are coming out of walls, floors are very dirty, tubs and showers are dirty, and so are the windows. It definitely needs a deep cleaning! Also the hot tub doesn't have any jets going at all, its broke. And the pool area was filthy and dark. Definitely not like the pictures portray! I gave 3 stars just because of the friendly workers and breakfast. Otherwise it would of got a 1 star.

From the time we entered Holiday Inn Express, the staff was so welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and clean. I went to eat breakfast and the staff was welcoming. The selection of food was great and the breakfast I ate was very delicious. This all repeated until we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed my stay the hotel was clean as always and staff is always welcoming and friendly. Mehdu was working front desk and she is efficient and nice! She always remembers me and asks how I am doing!

The staff is very attentive. The hotel is well kept, clean, and comfortable for the value. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are well kept and clean with comfortable beds and pillows, allowing good rest while I'm on the road for work. Thank you for making my stays enjoyable and for the great customer service.

Had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express San Antonio West near SeaWorld! The rooms were spotless, beds super comfortable, and the breakfast spread had great options. Perfect location—just minutes from SeaWorld and other attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient, relaxing experience in San Antonio

The staff was very attentive. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff asked if anyone needed any other breakfast items before closing up. I will definitely be back

Do not go here. I was in town for my sons graduation from the Air force. A friend of mine booked my hotel since she works for the company. They would not honor it and wanted to charge me double. They said they were busy and couldn't drop the rate. There was nobody but a few families there. So disgusted!
