This is my third stay at this hotel. I’ve always had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and accommodating, breakfast is a little less awesome than my past visits, still great. The hotel and rooms are very clean, no weird smells. The highlight this time around is that you can now stream on the TVs. Great stay!

First and foremost, I want to address the elephant in the room: this facility is very dated. It’s almost like stepping back into your grandparents’ house in 2010. The furniture is bulky, the lighting is dim, and the TV in the room is smaller than a 32-inch computer monitor. If you prefer or need modern technology and a more up-to-date experience, you’ll need to look elsewhere.
However, I haven’t had such a delightful surprise at a hotel in a long time. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenance technician, are incredibly friendly and generous. A special shoutout to the wonderful woman who set up and took down breakfast! Her cheerful attitude and personality made the already great breakfast even better!
It’s also worth mentioning that while the hotel is dated, it is absolutely immaculate. Despite its age, everything was spotless! From the floors to the bathtub, and even the fixtures and appliances, everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The mini kitchen had everything you need for an extended stay, including a can opener and pots and pans!
The location is a bit tricky to get to, but it’s easy to navigate anywhere with the highway access. Overall, while I was disappointed by the TV and the dated environment, I never once felt unsafe or unclean. I’d definitely consider coming back for another stay! Just remember to bring your own pillows!

Starting at 8 pm I had san antonio police knocking on my door. I answer it they say wrong room. Then a lady holding a computer knocks on my door says wrong room, at midnight the front desk clerk knocks on my door and says wrong room. After she left another san antonio police officer knocks on my door and say wrong room. I quit answering after that. Won't stay here again

Outdated but sufficient. If management reads this, update your TVs. They have to be 10 years old. Quit being cheap.

The floor in the bathroom was coming up with water damage. Poor workmanship throughout the room. The pull out bed was too close to the main bed.

I did not have high expectations of a TownePlace at the airport, but this was a surprisingly nice day. The front desk staff was exceptional from the start. The breakfast was very good - many options, freshly prepared and well presented. The pool was clean, well kept. Overall, the service and quality of a much more expensive property at a modest price. I’ll be back for sure!
