THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I’VE EVER BEEN TO! The towels had brown stains on them & the “complimentary conditioner & soap” looks like it was already used!! The shower curtains were so dirty, not to mention there was hair in the shower, & after I finished taking a shower my feet felt SO ITCHY I had to wash it with hand soap in the sink! I literally wanted to vomit I couldn’t believe it. The ice machines also DID NOT work & the breakfast was SO PATHETIC! It was literally a waffle & the powder donuts you get from the gas station laid out. I booked two nights originally & ended up canceling my second night, once I found another hotel to stay at but they said that they can’t give me a refund because it was after 11am but I was at work since 9am & called at 2pm so I practically hadn’t been there the whole day already! I’m not even asking for a full refund after that horrible experience! All I’m asking is for a refund for the night I DIDN’T EVEN STAY IN THE HOTEL! BUT THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T BECAUSE THAT’S THEIR POLICY.. IS IT NOT ALSO POLICY THAT THE ROOMS WE BOOK ARE CLEAN AND THAT EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING CONDITION

We stayed (10/31/24) here for a concert at Frost Bank Arena. It wasn’t far from the venue. They notified me of the $40 deposit when I checked it. 2 days later, when I checked my bank account, they had refunded the deposit.
The deadbolt was broken in our room. The door didn’t look like it shut all the way. To our surprise, it locked without issue. You could not open the door without the key card.
We did not get to try their breakfast.
Housekeeping was ready to recover the rooms before 11am. We were already loading up the car by then.

First I have to say the pictures presented must have been when the place was first opened. Definitely not representative of current conditions. The room was clean but had a putrid smell that can only be described as if mold and mildew had a child and left him in a dark and damp place for a long time. The air conditioner was all or nothing. Either on freezing you out or had to be off. The thermostat setting did not seem to affect it at all. On top of that it felt like the air conditioner did not remove the moisture in the air, just simply recirculated it so that everything in the room felt damp and musty. The pool was green. It was very apparent this motel has seen much better days. Wyndham must have signed this place up and has never been back to check on the status of the place. It's pretty embarrassing that Wyndham has this place in their offerings. The chair in the corner was stained with what looked like mold and who knows what else. The television looked to be hooked up to some type of system but would not connect to a signal so it was not working. Didn't care. Just wanted to sleep and get up early and leave this smelly place as soon as possible. The next day driving I could still smell that smell. I think it permeated my skin pores. Upon check in the counter staff was very adamant about not smoking and required a deposit for it. I'll be honest, I'm not a smoker, but a nasty cigarette lingering smoke smell would have been pleasant compared to the musty smell of the room. We didn't even entertain looking for a breakfast so I can't comment on if there was one or what it offered. Unfortunately we needed a place that allowed pets as we were traveling with a training service dog. If you don't have pets, do yourself a favor and safe yourself a disappointing night and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth it. Pictures provided to show current condition.

Muy mala experiencia. El colchón fatal y la habitación con olores raros. En algunas partes olía a orines. El personal muy deficiente. Sucio por todos lados. Tenía reservadas dos noches, solo pude estar la mitad de una.

El servicio fue decente, nada extraordinario pero tampoco malo. El problema son las habitaciones; al entrar huele demasiado a tabaco (aunque en recepción haya un cartel de “espacio 100% libre de humo”), el piso estaba sucio, las paredes en mal estado y la puerta de entrada golpeada, daba la sensación de que habían intentado forzarla para entrar.

The first room smelled like cat pee but the manager let us switch rooms. Both rooms need someone to wipe down the walls. Tip of the day: Mr.clean magic eraser can go a long way. Target area around the toilet paper holder and doors. Still one notch above the local motel 6 so la Quinta is still winning.

The room was so bad, I never stayed and such a bad hotel room, the doors don’t even seal. The room was so dirty, the floors had stains and even cheerios, the shower had hair from past guests, the room was in a pretty bad conditions, it was truly a bad experience.

The rooms were dusty and with a lot of hairs on the towels and spread around the room, there is no hot water and the pressure is low, the internet was non to zero, some sheets had blood. All this when I received the rooms. Oh there were mosquitos at the room as well and the the air conditioner wasn't working properly
