Had a spa day with my wife for the new years and we had an excellent experience. We had a 90 minute spa treatment of which we came out like jelly and totally refreshed. The massage we had consist of a body scrub, followed by a full body massage back to front. Both our masseuse were attentive. Overall the staff were amazing and friendly highly recommend the away spa crew. Facilities consist of the steam room, sauna and gym we used the first two which were adequate.

Sent my wife and her siblings for her little sisters birthday..

They had such a great time.. the treatments were fantastic and tailored to their individual needs.

All the ladies made her and her sisters feel special and also surprised them with a cake. They have not stopped speaking about them treatments and the service.

Received a £200 gift voucher as a present for a recent birthday through Spabreaks at W hotel spa.
To say it was disappointing would be an understatement and I had actually also paid extra to to extend the massage times. The first 10 minutes of the 45 minute massage time was fiddling around trying to get lymphatic boots working before moving into my ‘face, neck and shoulder massage’ I had 30 minutes of what I can only assume is a staff member that has not been trained in the industry, it was not a full facial and just involved rubbing products onto my face (not even massaging), I put in more effort myself at home on my own face. At no point was my neck or shoulders even included and left out half of the steps which I suspect was because she didn’t have time. There was a very strange ‘scalp massage’ which was just some light odd tapping on my head. Whilst the therapist was really lovely as a person, it was just extremely embarrassing and shocking to thick so much money was handed over for this service as I find it hard to be believe that this lady was qualified to carry out the service. My friend seem to have a completely different experience and seemingly got what we had booked in for and was ok with her experience.
The spa itself was nice although as my friend and I were getting changed in separate bathrooms, we had the same man aggressively try to enter even though we had the doors locked. When we say for a tea afterwards; the service then moved to what felt like a very pushy sale of products before our tea was abruptly taken away once (can only assume because we didn’t buy?) . I’m really surprised that Spa Breaks would be affiliated with such a low standard. Even for the hotel to offer this. I was followed up by spa breaks on WhatsApp, raised my concern and heard nothing back.
Pretty appalling to take money and can’t offer a decent service.

I visited the Away Spa today and had an amazing experience with Vanessa. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided wonderful feedback about my skin, which is exactly what you need to hear after a facial and massage. The spa is located in a cute little hotel and features clean facilities including a sauna and steam room. Overall, all the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check out the gym, maybe next time.

What an amazing spa hidden away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I had a rewind facial with a brilliant therapist called Susan and I was blown away with how young and fresh I looked after! Great products by comfort zone I didn’t go home empty handed! Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and really attentive! The spa area is so relaxing and chilled and I was offered a cocktail which was waiting for me as soon as my treatment had ended. The team at the spa are all so lovely thanks Tamara, Susan, agnis and the manager lucy! I will definitely be returning!

Nice place, just quite small.
We came to relax, unfortunately sauna and steam room was "full" of 2 girls discussing their private life loudly in steam room and which we could even hear when we changed to sauna...some people just have no respect in privacy.
