Sehr guter und bezahlbarer Ausgangspunkt nach Downtown San Antonio. Gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, Haltestellen gleich am Hotel.
Das Zimmer im Hotel war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Frühstück war auch top.
Klare Empfehlung, würde hier wieder einchecken.

We came to San Antonio for a Spurs game and picked this hotel for its location. The lobby and premises were clean and inviting with plenty of parking. Front desk service was super friendly and helpful when we arrived. We got here a little early but since our room was ready we were able to check in right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location to get to our game at Frost Bank Center was perfect. They had coffee and Tea available 24 hrs and a very nice breakfast bar set up with tons of options including fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles, potatoes and more. For service, cleanliness, location and their breakfast we recommend this location. We will be back next time we come to see the Spurs. We also found a great restaurant, The Ridge at the Hill, right next door that we tried and would highly recommend.

If you need a place to stay near downtown stay here. The rooms were super clean, very comfortable,&staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and they even had computers for me to print out my reports for work. David was the manger on duty and he insured that my stay was Satisfactory. They rates are excellent and you won’t be able to find better place!!!

The manager at night who was a white male with glasses ( did not get his name) was just simply racist and plain rude to us. It’s the holidays and my sister and I , along with her boyfriend that are visiting from out of state got in the elevator, after a good night downtown, they were about to walk me to my car when we met inside the elevator with the manager and he introduced him self (“as the manager”) big power high lol ok, I thought he was going to tell us how happy he was to have us in the hotel and welcome us but basically he said to “shut up”. We all looked around confused as we were not being loud or had any noise complaint. If anything I also thought he was going to wish us happy holidays and maybe we reminded him of how happy his younger days were, but he was old and just miserable and Killed our vibe. I hope I never reach that level of misery. Never will I book here. I feel so sorry for my sister and her boyfriend for spending their hard earned money for booking here and I will not ever recommend this place. (Not that we knew any good reviews before hand) just landed here as we had no experience. But he just made the experience just uncomfortable. This isn’t even a classy or well known place to brag about, or have anything special to it. Maybe it was just our experience and we caught him at a bad time, but forget him. Happy holidays to whoever reads this comment. My family and I have well manners and know not to act loud or fools in public, this was absurd. Next…

My experience here was good. The rooms were clean which is what is really matter when you stayed in a hotel. Some of the lights were not working. Breakfast room was very small, but breakfast was good too. The elevator makes too much noise. Overall service was good.

Chris helped us check in at the front desk. He was very kind and gave us plenty of information on what was available to us during our stay.

Once we arrived at our room, you could tell it was all very clean and prestine.no weird stains.

The only weird thing was that the sink was outside the bathroom.. But that's fine I suppose.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was easy to access and not far from where we needed to be. The breakfast was your usual free hotel breakfast. Nothing extraordinary, but good enough with plenty of options.
