Very nice place and seems like it used to be extremely reliable but right now may not be the best time to stay. I had several needs or calls to the front that went unanswered and was told several times, in no uncertain terms, that they are short staffed (due to COVID, no less). Room cleaning didn't happen the first day and I was told that due to being short staffed, people have to request it. They couldn't deliver clean towels that first night because of being short staffed. That was not told to me on check in but I was to request for the next day. However, the next day by 4:30 it still wasn't done. I tried calling front desk and yet again my call wasn't answered because they were short staffed. No time frame on the cleaning and when I asked if they could let me know by phone the front desk person seemed put out and preferred I just come back and ask at the front desk instead of reaching out to me with an answer. I said no, I would prefer a phone call please before I come back so I know it's ready. Saw the cleaning cart standing alone in hallways near the elevator (not near a room) several times and no cleaning person in sight. Every worker seemed rushed and stressed and had very little patience for my questions. Not a lot of niceties from staff--just short, curt answers. Again, would recommend waiting until they are no longer short staffed.

Rooms were large, clean, and the free breakfast was great! But what made a difference was the customer service! The front desk staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We booked through a 3rd party and asked to upgrade our room to accommodate our children, and at a low cost they were more than happy to help! Wish I would have gotten their names, they did such a great job! We will definitely be back!

The hotel was sitting so far back you couldn't see it. The sign wasn't noticable either. As for the service was great. The young lady was very helpful and sweet. As for the room for the majority of it was clean but went into the bathroom not as clean. I have worked in the housekeeping business for years and to see a toilet like the one I seen would not have ever been acceptable.

The hotel is in walking distance of the BYU campus, and we were there for a football game. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. Our room's heat/air unit didn't work properly, getting too hot and not cooling down on its own.

Positive: The pleasant greeting by the night staff upon checking in and the thorough briefing as well. Lovely grounds and walkways! Negative: The ice room on the first floor was very dirty and very incongruent with your high standards. The shelf that I needed to rest the ice bucket lid upon was very dusty and dirty. The floor had paint chips or some other type of debris between the machines.

The location was easy to find and off the interstate. BYU football stadium was behind us and the mountains were just gorgeous! We had a very nice room that was quiet, had a comfy bed and all the amenities you’d need for an overnight stay. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. We enjoyed our stay for the night.

I was here for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was typical.. cheese omelet or scrambled eggs, sausage and a variety of cereals, yogurt, make your own waffles. Plenty of parking, easy in and out access. I'd stay here again.

We’d was comfortable and room was clean. Shower curtain was very short and water pressure was lacking, but it was a great location and everyone was super friendly. The stadium was very close and walkable. Breakfast on Sunday didn’t start early enough for us to get food. The electric vehicle charging station also didn’t work.
