Das Cambria Hotel Arundel war für uns ein wunderschönes Hotel. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Schwimmbad genutzt und vor Ort gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück ist nicht inklusive, aber absolut empfehlenswert.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Hotel einfach nur empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Modern eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück und auch die Möglichkeit Abends im Hotel im Restaurant zu Essen ist sehr vorteilhaft.

I frequently visit this hotel on work trips. It feels like home away from home. Kind and attentive staff that I've had many chats with, convenient wireless charging station at the bar. The rooms are well decorated with great flat screen, wall-mounted TVs and a bluetooth speaker in the mirror. Always clean and comfortable, love this place and can't wait to come back again soon.

Our experience at the Cambria hotel in Baltimore, Maryland was exceptional. The staff was attentive and courteous, while the accommodations were clean, cozy, and affordable. Astroid provided us with a convenient airport pickup,
provided information about what to do in the area and Josselyn went above and beyond to ensure we could check in early by contacting the manager to get using the room early, after a lengthy day of travel. We truly appreciated the personalized service we received. We will return in about a week and hope the same top quality service. Thanks again for an exceptional stay.

Had a good experience. Only complaint was the pool….
A) you need someone to let you in the pool, which is fine at first, but the bathrooms are outside the pool. So with kids and going to the bathroom, now your locked out wet in a cold lobby looking for someone to let you back in
B) the pool temp was cold, was expecting it to be warmer if heated. And the air in the pool was beyond freezing!
C) the pool is not a salt water pool, a salt water pool should not have chlorine in it. chlorine is in this pool.

Rooms and everything else was good!

"A Costly DISAPPOINTMENT – BEWARE!"

"I had high expectations for Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills-BWI Airport, but my experience was such a nightmare that I had to cut my stay short and urgently find other lodging. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was nonexistent at this hotel. The staff was indifferent and dismissive about every issue I raised, acting as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than their responsibility.

The room was far smaller than advertised and felt cramped and uncomfortable. On top of that, it was in terrible shape: appliances didn’t work, light bulbs were burnt out, and basic toiletries like towels and toilet paper were barely stocked. Worst of all, the cheap, worn-out furnishings included a desk chair so uncomfortable it caused back pain every time I tried to sit down to work. When I approached the staff about these issues, they showed zero interest in helping, leaving me feeling completely disregarded and frustrated.

If you're considering staying here, I urge you to think twice. The misleading room descriptions, lack of basic hospitality, uncomfortable amenities, and dismissive attitude of the staff make this place an absolute NO-GO. Don’t waste your money or time—avoid this place and look elsewhere if you value a decent, comfortable, and respectful stay."

Is note one thing . It's a credit card hotel.Only can't pay with cash at the bar.Or the restaurant or the front desk for room.

I stayed at this hotel this weekend, and I have stayed at this location before. Overall I generally love this hotel! It's very clean, well maintained, and great location. Convenient to many attractions, food, and shopping. However this stay I had a bad experience with a very rude front desk employee on my checkout day. Up to that point every employee I encountered was just the opposite. All were very friendly and helpful. On checkout day (10/6) I checked out the normal time in the morning. I believe it to be 10ish. However my flight did not leave until 6pm that evening. So I found myself with time to kill. While sitting in the lobby (which is beautiful, warm, and welcoming) I needed to use the restroom. The restrooms are locked btw so I had to ask the front desk person to let me into the restroom. When i requested access the employee was rude and asked if I was a guest and I told her I was, but had already checked out. She took the time to look up that I was in fact a guest who had checked out, and then insisted on seeing my ID before allowing me to use the restroom. There are large signs in the lobby about not being able to eat any food that is brought in from the outside. With the signage and the bad attitude I figured this location clearly must have a problem with folks who are not guests using the facilities. I understand that!! However I was very taken aback that I as a guest who had just stayed two nights, and a previously guest was treated so rudely! Do better! train your front desk staff better.
