They were transparent about timelines and always kept us updated. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and the final result is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend, our Family loves our pool and deck! Central Florida Pools is competitively priced, and the process was seamless. Starting with the initial concept with Carlos, talking through the project and design of the pool. Through the construction phase with Marcelo and Ezio, who were always available to answer any questions, as well as keeping us informed of next steps. After construction, Gabriel was quick to answer any questions and followed through on everything. He also ran us through all the equipment till we were comfortable with it as well as got the pool up and running for us!

It took them 9 months just to get permits, because they would not follow my town’s building ordinances, even though I told them prior to the design . They did not mark the utility lines prior to digging as they were supposed and then blamed me when they hit a power line on the first day of digging, which I had to pay to repair. It took a total of 1.5 years to finish my pool. Many plumbing leaks and equipment problems all along the way. The pool is finally done and while it does look nice, the pavers all around the pool are all settling. I’ve only had water in the pool a few months and they will not warranty their work. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the pavers in my new pool.
