I can only speak to children's swim lessons since that is why we go here. The facility always seems clean and the staff is friendly. The pool can get a little crowded, there isn't always seating available for the adults, and there is usually a wait for the family changing room; however, my child loves swim lessons and has improved considerably. Also, I am always impressed by the quality and professionalism of the lifeguards.

I received terrible treatment today after taking a morning water class. I showered, wrapped myself in a towel and then was denied access to my clothes/locker because summer camp had taken over the locker room. It was not close to 12:00 as the sign stated not to use that room from 12-4. I had to stand soaking wet, wrapped in a towel until summer camp was done. There were No apologies, just an arrogance that they had usage rights over a senior. Ms Adrian Lopez did not apologize and had the same attitude.

Went for the first time for an event. We booked the back of the building to do bbq. It has huge parking lots, indoor pools. Def recommend this place if you live close to Woodbridge area.

There's sometimes a film on the pool water. You can see it right before the first person jumps in. The hot tub should be retitled "warm" tub as it's occasionally hot and NEVER on Monday. Wish they had one more lifeguard for the other hot tub that is never open in the morning. Great gym machines. The staff - Pat, Mike and a few others are really nice. The hot tub situation is disappointing!!After a swim or work out, you want to sit in a HOT tub, especially when you are paying for it!!

Being a member of the Chin Aquatic Fitness Center has been an enriching experience, much of which I attribute to the wonderful Patricia at the front desk, and indeed, the entire team working there. Each visit is made significantly better thanks to their warm welcome and exceptional service.

Recently, when it was time to renew my membership, Patricia, who expertly handles registrations among her many roles, was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the process with ease, ensuring I was aware of all the options available. However, it’s not just Patricia who makes visits to the center so rewarding; the entire staff shares her commitment to excellence. From the front desk to the fitness instructors, everyone is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

Patricia has consistently offered valuable tips and insights, enhancing my fitness journey, while her colleagues ensure every aspect of the center runs smoothly and that members’ needs are met. Her knowledge of the center’s facilities and advice on aquatic exercises have been particularly beneficial.

The professionalism, kindness, and dedication of Patricia and her colleagues truly reflect the high standards of service at the Chin Aquatic Fitness Center. It’s rare to find such a committed team, making every interaction pleasant and every visit a rewarding experience.

I am immensely grateful for the guidance and support provided by Patricia and the entire team. They not only make administrative processes seamless but also contribute significantly to creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for all members. Their collective dedication is commendable, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at the center, knowing that such a supportive community surrounds me.
