BEST GYM EVER! The manager, Caitlin, does an incredible job keeping this club in tip top shape. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly, and the facility is always so clean. I HIGHLY recommend making this your gym.

I've been going to Chuze for 5+years and love it! Everyone is kind and respectful of each other's space when working out. The staff is great and cleans the equipment, lockeroom, and other areas thoroughly than most gyms which I appreciate. Love the spa area for doing my self care!!

I'm visiting from out of town for work and so far so good. Staff was very helpful when I entered and answered any questions I had. The gym is very nice and equipment is awesome. Machines I've never seen before. I come from a small town and I'm not used to a very very busy gym. Let alone a gym this big being pretty busy. Still I was able to walk around and use the equipment I needed to. It's a bit intimidating seeing machines I've never seen before makes me feel like a newbie to the gym. This gym has a lot to offer and I hope while I'm here I get the opportunity to try it all!

Great place to work out. Been going here consistently for about 7 months. Clean, friendly, wide range of equipment and more free weight options than most gyms. It’s best first thing in the morning when they open if you want to avoid large crowds.

I’ve had a mixed experience at Chuze Fitness, specifically at the Monaco location. On the positive side, the gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is well-maintained. The atmosphere is great when it’s not overcrowded.

However, my biggest issue was the overcrowding during the second half of my one-year membership (from January to June). The gym became so packed that it was nearly impossible to get a decent workout. It felt like they exceeded the legal capacity based on city codes, and I couldn’t even use the sauna or most equipment without waiting in long lines. The gym just became chaotic and frustrating to be in.

It got so bad that I stopped going entirely and eventually canceled my membership for a different gym. The overcrowding was just unbearable. I don’t know if this issue applies to other Chuze locations, but it was a huge problem at Monaco. My suggestion to Chuze would be to either raise membership prices to limit the number of members or open more locations to accommodate the demand. As it stands, the crowding makes it hard to recommend, unfortunately.

I have been a member of this gym for nearly a year and have consistently experienced outstanding customer service, even for the smallest requests. Recently, I misplaced my wallet and, in a panic, called the gym as soon as they opened at 4:00 AM. Caitlin promptly assisted me, searching the lockers, reviewing security footage, and even checking the parking lot to help narrow down my search. Her enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond were evident from the moment I explained my situation. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to locate my wallet. Caitlin’s exceptional service and dedication are exactly the kind of qualities that inspire me to remain a loyal member, recommend this gym to friends, and actively promote it with my guest pass. Alexis at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly with a genuine smile - she took the time to get to know me to add a little personal touch to be my tour guide, showed me around the entire gym. It didn’t feel forced at all and was wonderful and lovely to talk to. Her professionalism and positive attitude reminds me that great customer service still exists in this crappy world we live in. I signed up for this place because of how early it opens and how late it closes. I love going to the classes (they are really engaging) the gym gives me anxiety people watching, so I love that they have a place where they show movies and you can do your cardio in the dark. The smoothies are delicious (i only ever tried one but the general feeling is there) the only reason I'm putting 4 stars instead of 5 is that, you don't have access to either studio when there is no classes (only been able to access the bike studio). Having access to the studio would be amazing. Since I'm new to working out at the gym, it's important for me to be able to see what I'm doing, and it allows for dance exercises as well. I was just disappointed about that. If I am paying each month, I should be able to have full access to the gym, including the studios.

Edit: having access to the studio when there are no classes being taught. Being able to have free range when they are no classes in the studio.
