Front desk reception lady was friendly and check in process was easy. We were between 2 hotels and we decided for this one, only because the FD assured us they have a pool and hot tub and a full breakfast . We were all ready to settle in after 1hr of looking for a clean hotel, But only after checking in we were notified about the pool being out of order.( Our kids were crushed )
And BF was not a full bf . Waffles don’t cook all the way. The batter was sour …there was no eggs and the biscuits and gravy was the only good thing. Cereal was no good and they didn’t have any goods to put in the oatmeal. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the city. The room itself was nice and clean, beds were super comfortable. But coffee maker wasn’t clean. Tbh
I wouldn’t stay here again.
Only thing we got is… I’m so sorry about that…
Being a diamond member you would expect them to take care of any inconvenience but they didn’t

The customer service was excellent! We really appreciate how quickly Valerie found us another room when the first room we were given had a bed that hurt my back. Everyone else on staff was professional and very friendly, always greeting us and asking how our stay was. The room was average, needed a little bit of maintenance (for example, the floor threshold was pulled up) but the excellent staff made up for that.

Stayed for work. Two nights. Staff friendly. Breakfast first day was awesome.
Anna was exceptional and accommodating. Asked for extra blanket and got it right away. Clean rooms, great channel lineup compared to other places I've stayed at.

Best part for me is, rooms are all on one side. Reduces risk of noisy neighbors across the hall. There's also a buffer between every 2 rooms which makes it great. I'm a light sleeper, so i loved loved this setup. 👍🏼
This location caters to Lackland. Met some great young men in uniform. As a patriot, I loved the ability to converse with them and thank them for their service. ❤️

Linda was great. She assisted throughout the breakfast area to all of my family. She was very kind and helpful.
Hotel was good. They have cookies and water for guests near check in. We stayed here since it is not too far from six flags and other areas we wanted to go to. Rooms were good and location was great. For the price it was great and reasonable. The only thing I’d say about the room is the bathroom space for toilet and shower. It’s smaller since the shower is right next to toilet and the door is to close to toilet. Other than that everything was good especially for the price of stay. Definitely will be back on my next trip to San Antonio .

I stayed here for two months for work and I gotta say the service from Anna and all front desk personnel was amazing. Also the lead housekeeper and the other housekeeper personnel was top notch. They go out of their way for their guests. Really clean rooms and prompt service during my entire stay. I highly recommend for short or long stays.

Highly recommend. Outstanding staff, especially Kayla at the front desk. Amazing quality for the price. Clean rooms and delicious hot breakfast with several options every morning. Kitchen manager was great as well. Linda always went above and beyond for my daughter and I.
