We had a memorial reception for one of our friend who passed away. We rented their function room. Jeremy, Sales Coordinator helped us. He made sure that everything we needed were met. We rented their function room. Very easy to deal with. Exceptional Employee. Front desk employees always greeted us. They always have a smiling face. We were there October 1st to drop off all our supplies for tomorrow memorial reception. The guy from the bar was very helpful as well (October 1st). Cactus was helpful as well.

TV remote doesn't work unless you stand up.
AC isn't cold and sounds like a freight train.
The room smells like a wet locker room.
The head of the bed slants down hill and the mattress is caved down in the middle.
The carpet has stains
The water in the bathroom sink barely trickles.
I don't typically write a review like this but I have had all this stuff and I just checked in at 10:15 pm.
Trying to sleep in a soggy stinky loud room on a bed that isn't even level is ridiculous.
No sleep tonight after starting the day at 4am in Colorado.

This was a treat to stay here. The rooms are so so nice. We had a king bedroom with an office desk was really nice. The rooms look new. We also had a really nice front desk person, it was at 10pm so I love the energy this lady had. So welcoming her name I want to belive it was Terry I think, so so sweet. All In all a great service we are silver members so we had a little bag with water and peanut butter crackers that was nice.

Courtyard Abilene was great! The staff was wonderful and helpful, the rooms updated and clean. They have an incredible mixologist in Rob, he makes his own mixers with Habanero chilies and his Lemonade Martini was to die for! Highly recommend this location!

Recently enjoyed a brief but satisfactory one night stay. Hotel was very clean and my queen bed comfortable. Nice bedding and nice business traveler amenities in the room, like a movable desk and a little desk by the sofa chair. Only two hiccups to mention: no soap with my bathroom sink. Only soap dispenser was attached to the back wall of the shower; and no signage showing where breakfast area was. Ends up it's between the Courtyard and TownePlace Suites next door. At check in, desk clerk said nothing about it. Again, minor issues but worth mentioning. All in all I'd stay here again.||Oh, the woman running the breakfast area was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to make it a nice experience for us guests.

The front desk was very helpful and courteous. It was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and comfortable. This is a great choice for your travel stay. Highly recommended.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was clean. I do wish they had a rollaway bed, but it worked out anyway. They did have a pack n play which was especially helpful by the pool. The pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it in December! The continental breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Definitely bring your own shampoo etc. only the standard tiny hotel size stuff is provided at this location.

This is a pretty hotel with very friendly employees, a nice pool, and great breakfast. However, visitors should know that this hotel has smoking areas on every patio, right by entry doors. There are not any non-smoking patios. So every time we were outside, we were near someone smoking- coming up for a breath while swimming? Mouth full of smoke. Sitting with your family eating dinner? Eating smoke. Walking to the pool? Congregation of employees smoking on the guest patio that joins the sidewalk. I would not stay here again because it made it difficult for my family to enjoy spending time outside. However, if you are a smoker, this will be a great location!
