Over all the location was good for what I needed, however the room cleanliness was lacking. There were dead bugs in our 2 rooms we booked. One room was clean other then the dead bug and the floors and the other room the toilet was disgusting. Something covered the front of the toilet and a little on the seat as well. The shower had brown stuff all on the bottom as well as the shower head was dirty. The sink had hairs and dirt in it. The bed as well had a rip or cut and the pillows except for 2 were dirty. Also found one live bug on one of the beds.

Great place for the price, room was very clean and spacious. Honestly almost everything was really great. The breakfast was very minimal. toast, muffins, fruit, cereal and milk. The only other complaint I have is the complimentary hygiene product were very cheep, the shampoo and conditioner were already opened. with that being said I will bring my own nest time

Only thing I wish this room had was a clothes to hang my clothes. The customer service was excellent and friendly! Breakfast I would added a little more options to the menu. Maybe different kinds of fruit or yogurt. property was clean and I felt safe around the area. Great location near a mall and shopping centers and a few restaurants. Would not mind staying here again for further visits. Thank you very much.

I enjoy my stays here Everytime. The lady in the front ms patty is friendly and has great customer service. She is 90 percent of the reason why we chose to stay here. Breakfast is great and the staff including room service is excellent. I recommend every time. Thank you for the awesome service and the feeling of security.

The hotel is Great 😃. The staff were nice and easy to work with. Even though it was 🥶❄️ cold the pool was clean and enjoyed by just being able to sit out by it. There were not any unnecessary things to listen or deal with on other travelers except for the normal of checking in after hours 😉. I will be back here in December for the holidays. They did a great job 👏

Estuvimos en este hotel del 1 al 3 de febrero del 2025, la ubicación es excelente, cerca de Seaworld, Six flags y muchos centros comerciales.
Las habitaciones si espaciosas y limpias, cuentan con frigobar y microondas, muy limpio todo.
Es estacionamiento es bastante amplio.
Muy buena experiencia, muchas gracias personal, sin duda volveremos.

Other than a few roaches we saw, it was a clean place. Breakfast could of been better than just breads and cereal. Over all it was a good stay. I would stay there again. Great location..
