Check in was okay. Man working the in the office in the afternoon was friendly, the man in the morning not so much. Wouldn't offer any room service. Had to go to the front office to get fresh towels and toilet paper, which they ran out of. Half the outlets didn't work in the room. Charged $10 per car for each night for parking (not mentioned until check in). Charged a deposit (also not mentioned until check-in). Supposed to have breakfast, but said none of their stuff was working. Hair dryer didn't work. I wouldn't exactly call this close to the Riverwalk either. Bathrooms were not clean.

1. Got charged a 50$ deposit ( half outlets didn't work)
2. Asked if we could have room service ( housekeeping doesn't go into room to clean)
3. Asked for clean towels. ( couldn't unless I TOOK TOWELS TO OFFICE MYSELF)
4. HAD TO PAY 10$ FOR PARKING PER NIGHT per car
5. There is no free breakfast (like the website said)
6. Hair dryer broken
7. Iron board and no iron.
8. Paint coming off the walls
9. Aske for toilet paper ( they ran out)
10. Dirty toilet.

The pictures are close, but they don't show all the dirt on floors. Glad I had slippers. There was a toilet brush left in toilet. It looks like they get all the towels and bedding from a 4 star hotel that didn't want them anymore. Stained.
Hole in the wall. I would rate this a 1 star. It did have a frig and microwave.

Absolutely not. There is black mold in the restroom. Toxic. Automatically unacceptable, and I will be contacting and making a complaint with the PHS. This brings a high risk, to health.

Attempted Fraud. Attempted to collect money calling it a down-payment.

Bed bugs, again, I will be making a note.

Blood stains... why are there blood stains on the floor... again, I will be making note to report. Blood stains is a risk to blood pathogens a person may be carried. I have confirm the blood with using Perioxide. Sizzling and reaction, is a blood stain. Concerned.

Bedsheets has stains. We will be requesting a full refund. This is unacceptable. I understand this establishment is trying their best. But, I highly recommend relooking and replanting how this establishment can continue that will not cause an issue to persons health or any practices that may be questioned.

El hotel está asqueroso,tiene cucarachas, hormigas, chapulines ,arañas y más, está sucio parece que no limpian,es una de las peores experiencias en mi vida no vengan está horrible encontré bichos encima de la cama y las habitaciones se abren con cualquier llave. Es una muy mala experiencia en verdad. Parecía que los grillos eran los invitados y nosotros los intrusos, el olor era insoportable y el piso del baño se desprendía.

Inmediatamente cuando llegamos nos cobraron un fee que no mencionaron, lo pagamos sin problema, al ingresar a la habitación para poder descansar nos topamos con las sábanas en pésimas condiciones llenas de manchas y olores horribles, la atención es muy escasa, nunca se recibió ningún servicio de limpieza, nunca.
Las instalaciones muy decadentes y el baño de la habitación un asco.

Rude people, door didn't lock, charge for parking, and breakfast, if you can call that breakfast, milk sitting on the counter, who knows for how long. Coffee Creamer was for cold brew, not hot and it was watered down. Disgusting. Not going back

This place does not deserve no stars at all The room was dirty and it smelled bad the shower had mold the guests that wer leaving ther wer telling us not to stay there to find another place and then when we went to the front desk they said there was no refund
