Sehr gute und zentrale Ausgangslage im Zentrum von San Antonio, um Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie River Walk, zu erkunden. Das Hotel bietet geräumige, moderne Zimmer mit eigener Küchenzeile und großem Bad.
Das Hotel bietet valet parking für 45 USD +Steuern an.
Hinter dem Hotel (eine Straße dahinter; nicht die Garage nebenan) befindet sich aber ein Parkhaus mit günstigeren Konditionen. Wir haben 10 USD für einen Tag gezahlt (Sonntag auf Montag).

The front desk employees were so helpful. We were tired from flight cancellations and arriving late. We were greated with a smile. |Abbey was a delight!! Our entire stay was top notch. |The 7:00 tea time was fabulous and enjoyed after a busy day. It helped us unwind. |Rooms were clean and comfortable. |When needing more blankets they responded quickly.

Our experience at The Element was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and went over and above to make our stay great. Abbey was wonderful! The hot tea bar was such a nice perk. And the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. If you are in San Antonio this is a great place to stay. Close to convention center and river walk.

Hotel novo, com camas confortáveis, numa localização ótima, perto do river walk. O bar no roof top é lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa. Há serviço de valet (manobristas) na porta. Preço meio alto para deixar o carro com eles (U$$ 50,00 por dia) , mas o local é tão bom, que acho que vale a pena. Fomos recebidos pela Bella, que foi muito atenciosa. Depois, na saida, outra pessoa na recepção também muito simpática. Voltaremos, pois a cidade é muito bonita e temos que ir ao roof top novamente.

The hotel was exactly what I hoped for. Clean, comfortable and accommodating. The views were great if you have an outside facing room. I need to shout out Lupe who even on Christmas Day provided an attentive and welcoming experience. He and the staff went above and beyond for my family and I. The combination of the two hotels was nice. It added 2 bars and a restaurant (1 Watson). Great mix of casual and upscale experience without over the top prices. The location is also great for anyone looking for easy access to the river walk!

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in the perfect location to downtown and the river walk and other attractions. The staff was great as well, very friendly and courteous. Thank you to the valet guys (David and Ivan) they were prompt and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and clean.

We stayed for a night. Our room was 1211. The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Room was extremely good. Breakfast was good as well. The lady welcoming guess to the breakfast place has a very good and positive attitude.

We stayed here for the San Antonio marathon and selected this hotel for its convenient location near the starting line and because the rooms have small kitchens (according to the photos that I saw). My room did not have a kitchen and the bathroom and the shower had numerous hairs from previous guests. I would not stay here again.
