Bestens gym in der wallstreet, die kostenlose Getränke sind eine 10 von 10 so wie die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und vollkommen ausreichend . Die Öffnungszeiten gehen vollkommen fit und man kann zu jeder Zeit dort hingehen und es ist nicht zu voll und was mir besonders gefällt ist das Schwimmbad ich kenne kein gym was ein Schwimmbad hat . Sehr empfehlenswert

Worst experience ever. I was a member at a long island location for 10 years. Never had an issue. I attempted to use the steam room and was told to get out by an employee so they could clean. I asked for 5 minutes, and he refused. I complained and asked to speak to a manger, and he simply continued to turn of the steam room. Then I spoke to the manager who did nothing and simply told me that was the schedule? What kind of club, charging this kind of money, treats members like this? Simply embarrassing. Stay away from this place. There much better gyms/clubs that actually care about their members in this area.

I am writing this review in hope that someone at Equinox still cares about their (once great) brand and facilities. As I highly regarded it in the past.

There was a major issue with water that was supplied to drinking fountains as well as the rest the staff knew about. More specifically it was coming out brown visible in the sink, but people filled their bottles with it without seeing that.

Some water fountains were taped, but they forgot to tape the ones in the class studios and people kept drinking from it.

When I tried to fill my bottle in the bathroom and saw brown water in the sink I asked front desk what happened with the water. I was told the place next door is repairing plumbing and it affected Equinox. Yet no sign anywhere, no email sent to members, not a word said when members come in (you need water to work out and I rely on the fountain).

I literally had to go around taking pictures so they would start doing something about it - send an email to all members, tape the fountain in the classroom, open taps in the changing rooms. I hope they added a sign after I left.

What is even worse - I asked to find out what exactly was in the water that I drank throughout a 45 min class. Was it bathroom water or what was in it? It is not an unreasonable request.

I was told that if I so much want to know I can go next door to the place that was repairing the plumbing and ask myself. Imagine?

Up to this date no one bothered to find out or let me know. I raised that to General manager who offered a one month refund saying his team was doing the best they could (= they didn’t give a shit or took contaminated water any serious).

Leave comments if you go to Wall St so we can maybe make a difference and get issues addressed. Equipment not working and relying on members to report is another major issue. Hyperice, Power Plate - the list probably goes on. GM seems to think it is ok.

It's unfortunate that the colors of this flag have already faded. It's disappointing that Equinox charges a monthly membership fee of $500 and yet they don't have the funds to change the flag. Even TJmax has a new red logo flag! Despite that, this place is always crowded with people, both locals and tourists from all over the world. The flag fluttering in the wind perfectly conveys the bustling atmosphere of Wall Street, New York.

I had a bad time with a man who harassed me and followed me down the street and entered the gym, I wasn't working out at the time and I didn't have any gym clothes on, he just followed me and entered. I told the gym staff about it and they didn't want to help me or do anything because the man was also a member. I pay for a membership to feel "safe" as a woman when working out and that's not the case, equinox doesn't make us women feel safe.

Not satisfied with the manager’s services. Downgraded for next month and they made a mistake on my bar code so I lost my access to destination & HY for the rest of the month that I paid for. Went to HY, got stopped, and had to talk to a manager to let me in.

Next few days talked to Shannon, she claimed that I don’t have access to destination & HY even I’ve paid for the month and refused to look into this further for me. Had to individually talkto destination clubs and HY club managers to have them let me in.

She’s not familiar with her work, inconsistent in explaining membership tiers upgrade & downgrade, and has low work ethic

Avoid this gym - management has let it deteriorate for years while increasing prices on members annually. They don't tell you when you sign up that they will increase your price by 10% every single year. Even members who used to have grandfathered rates of ~$150 per month are now getting ramped up to list prices closer to $250 per month. They have experienced major towel shortages, constant plumbing issues (showers barely work), and consistent amenity closures (hot tub is basically closed every day due to dirty water and sauna has been closed intermittently with DOH violations). Management does nothing to remedy these issues when raised. At this rate, Lifetime is a much better deal.

I left feedback about the rubber grip on this equipment a year before COVID. You would think that they’ve had nothing but time on their hands to fix issues.

The bumper plates are kept on the ground floor with only one power rack and maybe one extra bar. There are only a handful of metric unit plates, not a full set of bumper plates, on the second floor where almost all of the strength equipment is located.
